ՀՀ-ԵՄ միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով կստեղծվի

ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը դեկտեմբերի 25-ին  հրամանագիր է ստորագրել ՀՀ և Եվրոպական միության և ատոմային էներգիայի եվրոպական համայնքի ու դրանց անդամ պետությունների միջև Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ  և Եվրոպական միության միջև «Գործընկերության առաջնայնություններ» փաստաթղթի կիրարկումն ապահովող միջոցառումները համակարգող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու մասին:

ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից Past.am-ին տեղեկացնում են, որ  նախագահի հրամանագրում մասնավորապես ասվում է.

«Ղեկավարվելով 2005 թվականի փոփոխություններով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 55-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ կետով, 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին ստորագրված՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ մի կողմից, և Եվրոպական միության և ատոմային էներգիայի եվրոպական համայնքի ու դրանց անդամ պետությունների՝ մյուս կողմից, միջև Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի (այսուհետ` համաձայնագիր) և 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ին հաստատված՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական միության միջև «Գործընկերության առաջնայնություններ» փաստաթղթի (այսուհետ` փաստաթուղթ) կիրարկումն ապահովելու նպատակով՝ ո ր ո շ ու մ ե մ.

1. Ստեղծել համաձայնագրի և փաստաթղթի կիրարկումն ապահովող միջոցառումները համակարգող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով (այսուհետ՝ հանձնաժողով) և հաստատել դրա անհատական կազմը` համաձայն հավելվածի:

2. Սահմանել, որ հանձնաժողովը՝

1) համակարգում է համաձայնագրով և փաստաթղթով սահմանված առևտրատնտեսական և ոլորտային համագործակցության շրջանակներում Եվրոպական միության և դրա անդամ պետությունների հետ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իրավասու մարմինների աշխատանքները.

2) հաստատում է համաձայնագրից և փաստաթղթից բխող, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական կառավարման մարմինների կողմից մշակված, այդ թվում՝ բարեփոխումների և մոտարկման գործընթացների իրականացմանն ուղղված՝ կիրարկումն ապահովող միջոցառումների ծրագրերը և հետևում դրանց կատարմանը. 

3) նախապես քննարկում է համաձայնագրով նախատեսված՝ ՀՀ-ԵՄ Գործընկերության խորհրդի և Գործընկերության կոմիտեի օրակարգերում ներառված առևտրատնտեսական և ոլորտային համագործակցության հարցերը և ընդունում որոշումներ:

3. Հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքները կազմակերպվում են նիստերի միջոցով, որոնք գումարվում են ըստ անհրաժեշտության, բայց ոչ պակաս, քան եռամսյակը մեկ անգամ: 

4. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական կառավարման մարմիններին` հանձնաժողովի հետ նախապես քննարկել վերջինիս համակարգմանը ենթակա հարցերին վերաբերող ծրագրերը, հանդիպումները, միջոցառումները, ստորագրվելիք և հաստատվելիք փաստաթղթերը»:
