ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի վերջին այցը Նոյեմբերյան հաճելի անակնկալ է պարունակել. Աբրահամյանը մասնակցել է ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմում արիաբար զոհված զորականցի Գարիկ Մովսիսյանի եղբոր պսակադրությանը: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն այս ամբղջ ընթացքում օգնում էր զինվորի ընտանիքին՝ Տավուշի մարզի Զորական գյուղում կառուցելով առանձնատուն՝ զոհված հերոսի ընտանիքի համար և մշտապես իր հովանավորության տակ վերցված ընտանիքին ցուցաբերել է ֆինանսական և բարոյական օգնություն:
Ավելին, մշտապես այցելել է, հետևել առանձնատան շինարարությանը, իսկ այդ այցերից մեկի ժամանակ Գարիկի եղբորը հորդորել է ամուսնանալ՝ խոստանալով հոգալ բոլոր ծախսերը: Եվ ահա, նախկին վարչապետը ոչ միայն կատարել է իր խոստումը, այլև մասնակցել է հարսանիքին, տեղում միաժամանակ դրամական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել համայնքապետարանին ու դպրոցին, հոգացել հարսանիքի ամբողջ ծախսը և խոստացել, որ աջակցությունը շարունակվելու է՝ հատկապես նորաստեղծ ընտանիքում զավակ լույս աշխարհ գալուց հետո...
