Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից կազմակերպված պաշտոնական ընդունելությամբ ամփոփվել է դեկտեմբերի 21-22-ը Մոսկվայում անցկացված Երևանի օրերի միջոցառումների ծրագիրը: Ընդունելությանը մասնակցել են ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վարդան Տողանյանը, Մոսկվայի կառավարության անդամներ, գիտության, արվեստի և մշակույթի հայազգի և ռուս գործիչներ, ինչպես նաև հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ: Ներկաներին ուղղված ողջույնի իր խոսքում Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բոլորին Մոսկվայում Երևանի օրերի անցկացման հարցում գործուն աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու, ինչպես նաև ջերմ հյուրընկալության համար:
Պաշտոնական ընդունելության շրջանակում քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Երևանի և Մոսկվայի բարեկամական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման գործում ունեցած մեծ ներդրման, հեռուստատեսության բնագավառում ներդրած ավանդի համար Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի բարձրագույն պարգևով`«Արգիշտի առաջին» մեդալով է պարգևատրել հայտնի հեռուստահաղորդավար, «Քոմեդի քլաբ» նախագծի համահիմնադիր Գարիկ Մարտիրոսյանին:
Երևանի և Մոսկվայի միջև հաստատված համագործակցության զարգացման գործում ներդրած նշանակալի ավանդի համար քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Մոսկվա քաղաքի արտաքին տնտեսական և միջազգային կապերի դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Անդրեյ Չիժովին պարգևատրել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի հուշամեդալով:
