Արտեմ Ասատրյանի «բարեփոխումները» անբարենպաստ իրավիճակի պատճառ. «Ժողովուրդ»
SOCIETY«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը հաշմանդամության կարգի տրամադրման վերաբերյալ դժգոհություններով բազմաթիվ հեռախոսազանգեր է ստանում ՀՀ քաղաքացիներից: Բանն այն է, որ նրանք այս տարվա մեջ արդեն դիմել են բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության, ստացել հաշմանդամության կարգ, բայց մինչև տարեվերջ նրանց բոլորին կրկին կանչում են, այսպես ասած, վերաքննության և մեծ մասին զրկում կարգից անհիմն պատճառներով:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին դիմած քաղաքացիներից մեկը, ով սուր ինֆարկտ է տարել, ունի սրտանոթային, երիկամների և ողնաշարի հետ կապված առողջական խնդիրներ. հինգ տարի է, ինչ հաշմանդամության կարգ ունի: Բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության ներկայացել է սեպտեմբերին, ստացել է հաշմանդամության երրորդ կարգ: Սակայն օրեր առաջ կրկին կանչվել է բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության և զրկվել է կարգից՝ պատճառաբանությամբ, թե դեղեր խմեք, լավ կլինի:
Նրա նման նաև հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիներ կան:
«Ասացին` Ձեր չափանիշները չեն բավարարում կարգ ստանալու համար: Հանձնաժողովի անդամներից մեկն ասաց` ես չեմ ասում` Դուք առողջ եք, հիվանդ եք, բայց հաշմանդամության երրորդ կարգի համար չափանիշները չեն բավարարում: Ես էլ ասացի` եթե գտնում եք, որ հաշմանդամին կարգից, գումարից զրկելով` պետբյուջեն կլցնեք, զրկեք, ինձ հաճելի չէ հաշմանդամ լինել, բայց անարդարությունն ավելի տհաճ է»,- հուսահատված նկատեց քաղաքացին:
Ստացվում է` ՀՀ սոցապնախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանի տիրապետության տակ գտնվող ԲՍՓ մասնագետների որակմամբ` տվյալ քաղաքացու սրտանոթային, երիկամների կամ ողնաշարի հետ կապված խնդիրները հինգ տարիների ընթացքում լուծվել են: Ինչու չէ` կարելի է նաև կարգից զրկել: Ահա սա է սոցապնախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանի «բարեփոխումները»:
