«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

 

Դեկտեմբերի 26–ին կգումարվի Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու 2–րդ նստաշրջանի 4–րդ նիստը։ Նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված նախագծերի մի մասը վերաբերում է բնակարաններ նվիրելուն։

Օրակարգի նախագծերի համաձայն՝ բնակարաններ կստանան Արցախյան պատերազմի ակտիվ մասնակից, Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության անդամ Ապրես Հովհաննիսյանը, երաժիշտներ Արամ Ասատրյանն ու Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, արտիստուհի Սյուզաննա Փիրումյանն ու երգչուհի Ռաիսա Սարգսյանը։

Ռաիսա Սարգսյանն իր ամուսնու, որդու ընտանիքի և դստեր հետ բնակվում են մեկ հարկի տակ՝ նույն բնակարանում: Ռաիսա Սարգսյանի (Մկրտչյանի) բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման հարցով միջնորդություններ են ներկայացրել Մշակույթի նախարար՝ Արմեն Ամիրյանը և «Հայաստանի հանրային հեռուստատեսություն» ՓԲԸ–ի գործադիր տնօրեն՝ Մարկ Գրիգորյանը:

Սյուզաննա Փիրումյանը երկու երեխաների մայր է, ապրում և ստեղծագործում է Երևանում, բնակվում է ամուսնու հարազատներին պատկանող բնակարանում՝ ամուսնու ծնողների, իր ընտանիքի և ամուսնու քույրերի հետ համատեղ և հանդիսանում է բնակարանային պայմանների կարիքավոր։

Երաժիշտ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ծնողների և երեք երեխաների հետ ապրում և ստեղծագործում է իր ծնողներին պատկանող բնակելի տանը և ունի բնակարանային պայմանների խիստ կարիքավորություն։

Արամ Ասատրյանն էլ ապրում և ստեղծագործում է իր կողմից վարձակալած բնակարանում և նույնպես ունի բնակարանային պայմանների խիստ կարիքավորություն։

Արցախյան պատերազմի մասնակից Ապրես Հովհաննիսյանը 11 անձով՝ ինքը, կինը, երկու տղաներն իրենց ընտանիքներով համատեղ բնակվում են մեկ բնակարանում: Հաշվի առնելով նրա մարտական ուղին, ինչպես նաև բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ մշակվել է ավագանու որոշման այս նախագիծը։

Եվս մեկ մարտիկի մարտական ուղին ու բնակության սուղ պայմանները գնահատելով՝ ավագանու մեկ այլ նախագծով առաջարկվում է բնակարանների փոխանակում։ Առաջարկվում է թույլատրել Երևան համայնքի սեփականությունը համարվող Մարգարյան փողոցի հ.45 շենքի հ.75՝ 65,9 քմ մակերեսով բնակարանը փոխանակել Հրանտ Աղաբեկյանին, Լուսինե Մարգարյանին, Հռիփսիմե Աղաբեկյանին, Պետրոս Աղաբեկյանին սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող բնակարանի հետ:

Հրանտ Աղաբեկյանը հանդիսանում է Արցախյան պատերազմի ակտիվ մասնակից։ Նա 1991 թվականից մինչև հրադադարի հաստատումը մասնակցել է Վարդենիսի բնակավայրերի համար մղված մարտական գործողություններին:

Երեքշաբթի օրը կայանալիք ավագանու նիստի օրակարգում ներառված է նաև պետական, քաղաքական և հասարակական գործիչ Ռաֆայել Պապայանի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշատախտակը Կասյան փողոց հ.3 հասցեում փակցնելու մասին նախագիծը։

Ռաֆայել Պապայանի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշատախտակը փակցնելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից։
