Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը ներկայացրել է «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո»-ի նոր տնօրենին
SOCIETY«Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո»-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից Past.am-ին տեղեկացնում են, որ ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի նախագահ, ակադեմիկոս Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը դեկտեմբերի 19-ին այցելել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո» ՊՈԱԿ և աշխատակազմին ներկայացրել կազմակերպության նորանշանակ տնօրեն Արգամ Հովսեփյանին:
ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահը շնորհավորելով Արգամ Հովսեփյանին` խոսել է նաև ոլորտի առջև կանգնած խնդիրների, առաջիկա զարգացման ծրագրերի և հեռանկարների մասին, նշելով, որ երկար տարիներ լինելով փորձագիտական բնագավառում Արգամ Հովսեփյանը ծանոթ է ոլորտին և լավատեղյակ է այն քայլերին, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է ձեռնարկել շարունակական զարգացումն ապահովելու համար:
Ռ.Մարտիրոսյանն իր խոսքում ասել է նաև, որ համոզված է, որ նա կկարողանա նոր թափ հաղորդել կազմակերպության առաջընթացին, քանի որ այս կազմակերպությունում Արգամ Հովսեփյանն աշխատում է ստեղծման օրվանից և ծանոթ է անձնակազմի ուժեղ և թույլ կողմերին:
ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ Արգամ Հովսեփյանի կողմից պաշտոնի ստանձնումը կլինի շատ սահուն և նշեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է համախմբվել, ներդնել առկա ողջ ներուժը, ձեռքբերումներն ու փորձը ոլորտի շարունակական զարգացումն ու առաջընթացն ապահովելու նպատակով:
Նորանշանակ տնօրենը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահին և կազմակերպության կոլեգիալ կառավարման մարմնին` խորհրդին, նման բարդ և պատասխանատու պաշտոնն իրեն վստահելու համար, հավաստիացնելով, որ նախորդ տարիների փորձի և գործունեության արդյունքում ձևավորվել է համախմբված թիմ, որն էլ ավելի համախմբելով, ստեղծելու է այն հարթակը, այն օբյեկտիվ դաշտը, որտեղ իրենք իրենց գործունեության, մասնագիտական ունակությունների իրացման արդյունքում կկարողանան ապահովել կազմակերպության կանոնադրական գործառույթների պատշաճ մակարդակը:
Ա.Հովսեփյանը նշել է նաև, որ ներդնելու է ողջ ներուժը բարձրացնելու համար կազմակերպության դերն ու նշանակությունն ինչպես ներպետական մակարդակներում, այնպես էլ միջազգային հարթակներում, ընդգծելով նաև շահագրգիռ պետական մարմինների աջակցության կարևորությունը կազմակերպության զարգացման գործում:
