Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհիվ աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրների պատգամավորներ նորովի ճանաչեցին Արցախը

Դեկտեմբերի 16-ին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ և ջանքերով Արցախ այցելեց մեծաթիվ պատվիրակություն, որի կազմում կային բազմաթիվ քաղաքական գործիչներ և պատգամավորներ աշխարհի ավելի քան 30 երկրներից։ Այցին նախորդել էր Եվրոպայի պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի համաժողովը Երևանում, որը կրում էր «Կառուցենք բարգավաճ աշխարհ» խորագիրը։

Արցախյան հակամարտության մասին բարձրաձայնվել է ողջ աշխարհում, սակայն բուն Արցախը մոտիկից ճանաչում են քչերը։ Մի բան է, երբ ցանկացած մեկը Արցախի հակամարտության մասին իմանում է մամուլից կամ հեռուստատեսությամբ, և բոլորովին այլ բան է, երբ անձամբ այցելում է Արցախ, տեղում ծանոթանում իրավիճակին, զրուցում մարդկանց հետ, շրջում փողոցներով։ 
Հենց այս բացառիկ հնարավորութունն էր ընձեռել Եվրոպայի պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի անդամներին ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով Բրյուսելում հնչեցրած իր առաջարկի համաձայն բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպեց պատվիրակության այցը Արցախի Հանրապետություն։ 
Աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրների պատգամավորներն, այսպիսով, հնարավորություն ունեցան հանդիպել Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի, Արցախի Ազգային Ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանի հետ, ելույթների ժամանակ կիսվել իրենց դրական տպավորություններով։ Պաշտոնական այցերից հետո պատվիրակության անդամները հնարավորություն ունեցան շրջել Ստեփանակերտի փողոցներով, տեսնել քաղաքի բնակչների խաղաղ կենցաղն ու առօրեան, և անգամ համտեսել Արցախի յուրահատուկ խորհրդանիշներից մեկը՝ միայն արցախցուն հայտնի բաղադրամտոմսով պատրաստվող «ժենգյալով հացը»։ Այո, ցանկացած երկրի մասին ռեալ պատկերացում կազմելու համար պետք է գոնե մի քանի ժամ անցկացնել այդ երկրի ներսում, և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հենց այս բացառիկ հնարավորությունն ընձեռեց պատվիրակության անդամներին։ 
Պատվիրակության անդամները, կիսվելով իրենց տպավորություններով, նշեցին, որ չափազանց տպավորված են Արցախով, նրա խաղաղասեր և արարող բնակչությամբ, և շեշտեցին, որ այն Արցախը, որն իրենք հնարավոություն ունեցան տեսնել, ամենևին կապ չուներ ռազմականացված գոտու կամ միլիտարիզացված պետության մասին պատկերացումների հետ։ 
Հենց այս ճանաչողական նշանակությունն ունեն նմանատիպ այցերը Արցախ։ Հասկանալի է, որ Արցախից տպավորված պատգամավորներից յուրաքանչյուրը հետագայում իր երկրում ներկայացնելու է, թե ինչպիսին տեսավ և չանաճեց Արցախը՝ դրական կարծիք ստեղծելով սեփական հայրենակիցների, իր երկրի քաղաքական և պետական գործիչների մոտ։ 
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանինմանօրինակ հայրենանվեր քայլերը, հուսով ենք, օրինակ կծառայի նաև մյուս գործիչների համար, քանի որ Արցախը յուրաքանչյուր հայի համար հպարտության առիթ է, որն այսօր պատերազմական իրավիճակում, հակառակորդի կրակի և հոխորտանքի ներքո ինքնուրոււյն կառուցում է իր ժողովրդավարական պետությունը։ 
Մեզ մնում է միայն աշխարհին ցուցադրել այդ ամենը և այդ առումով ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն արդեն արել է իր նշանակալի քայլը։ Արցախը այն թեման է, որի դեպքում պետք է սահամանափակվել ոչ թե բարձրագոչ ելույթներով և խոսքերով, այլ հստակ քայլերով և գործերով, ինչի օրինակը արդեն ցույց տվեց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը։
