Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն առաջնորդվում է «լավ է մեկ անգամ տեսնել, քան հազար անգամ լսել» սկզբունքով

Օրերս ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով Հայաստան էին ժամանել աշխարհի ավելի քան 30 երկրներից, 40-ից ավել կուսակցության նախագահներ և 60-ից ավելի պատվիրակներ:
Այցի շրջանակներում կայացել է Եվրոպայում ամենաազդեցիկ դաշինքներից մեկի՝ Եվրոպայի Պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստեների համաժողովը, որի ընթացքում մի շարք քննարկումների և խորհրդակցության արդյունքում հնարավոր եղավ ավելի պատկերավոր և առարկայական պատկերացնել վերջերս ստորագրված ՀՀ-ԵՄ ընդլայնված և համապարփակ գործընկերության համաձայնագրի դրույթներն ու առանձնահատկությունները:
Իր ելույթում էլ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդն անդրադարձավ նաև այն մտքին, որ Հայաստանը կարող է կամուրջ հանդիսանալ ԵՄ-ի և ԵՏՄ-ի միջև, այդկերպ կոտրելով բոլոր այն կարծրատիպերը, որ համագործակցության այս երկու սեկտորները այդքան էլ չեն համապատասխանում միմյանց և ապագայում կարող են խնդիրների առաջ կանգնեցնել Հայաստան պետությանը:
Սա յուրահատուկ ձեռքբերում է մեր պետության համար, երբ անձնական հեղինակության շնորհիվ Հայաստան են ժամանում միջազգային խոշոր և ազդեցիկ քաղաքական ուժերի լիդերներն ու պատվիրակությունները և համաժողով են անցկացնում «Կառուցենք ավելի Բարգաված աշխարհ» խորագրով, որը անկասկած թե՛ ճանաչողության, թե՛ հետագա համագործակցության տեսանկյունից, կտա իր պտուղները:
Դիվանագիտության տեսանկյունից ևս սա մի մեծ քայլ էր դեպի առաջ, քանզի այցի գագաթնակետը հանդիսացավ ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով եվրոպացի պատգամավորների այցելելությունը Արցախ:
Բացի այն, որ միջազգային պատվիրակներն ընդլայված կազմով իրենց իսկ աչքերով տեսան և իրական պատկերացումներ կազմեցին, սա նաև դիվանագիտական ապտակ էր Ադրբեջանին, ովքեր ջանք ու եռանդ չեն խնայել այսքան տարիների ընթացքում միջազգային հանրությանը հակառակն ապացուցելու համար:
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի այս քայլը մեկ վայրկյանում փոշիացրեց տարիներ շարունակ այն «ճոռոմ» հայտարարությունները, որոնք ոչ միայն որևէ կերպ չեն արտացոլում իրականությունը այլ նաև արդյունավետության տեսանկյունից հավասար են զրոյի:
Կույր պետք է լինել, որպեսզի չտեսնել, որ հենց սա է լավագույն ճանապարհը:Քանզի աշխարհում ցանկացած խնդրի լուծմանը հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել անձնական հեղինակությունն ու կապերը՝ հնարավորություն ընձեռնելով անձամբ այցելել և ծանոթանալ իրավիճակին:Ինչպես հայտնի խոսքն է ասում՝ «ավելի լավ է մեկ անգամ տեսնել, քան հազար անգամ լսել»:
