SOCIETY«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Պետական պաշտոնյաները հերթական անգամ չեն գիտակցում իրենց դիրքի կարևորությունը և հանրությանը մոլորության մեջ գցելով` խաբում են: Նման պաշտոնյա է նաև ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ը տեղեկացավ, որ նախարարությունը մշակել է նախագիծ, ըստ որի` 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից կարգելվի աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծումը Հայաստան: Իսկ հետագայում կարգելվի նաև դրանց շահագործումը, վերահաշվառումը:
Հիշեցնենք, սակայն, նախարար Մարտիրոսյանը կարող էր ազնիվ գտնվել ու այս մասին տեղեկացնել մարդկանց այն ժամանակ, երբ այս թեմայի շուրջ աղմուկ բարձրացավ, ու հանրությունը խոսում էր, որ աջակողմյան ղեկով տեղաբախշմամբ ներմուծումը հնարավոր է առաջիկայում արգելվի: Նա մի քանի անգամ կրկնել էր իր նույն ձևակերպումը` «առայժմ որոշում չկա»:
Բայց իրականում այս հարցը որոշված է եղել վաղուց, պարզապես փորձել են հասարակությանը «կամաց-կամաց» մատուցել այդ թեման: Ու եթե իշխանություններն ազնիվ գտնվեին, ապա հանրությունը կիմանար, թե ինչպես արձագանքել, ու միգուցե չներկրեին աջակողմյան ղեկով մեքենաներ»,-գրում է թերթը:
