Աշխարհի հումանիտար կազմակերպություններից այսօր շուրջ 20 մլրդ դոլար Է պահանջվում արտակարգ իրավիճակներից տուժած մարդկանց, փախստականներին եւ հարկադիր վերաբնակներին թեկուզեւ նվազագույն անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը, հոկտեմբերի 29-ին հայտնել Է Կովկասի, Կենտրոնական Ասիայի եւ Ուկրաինայի հումանիտար հարցերի համակարգման գծով ՄԱԿ-Õ « տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի ղեկավար Մարսել Վասենը:
Նրա տվյալներով՝ վերաբնակների թվաքանակն աշխարհում այսօրվա դրությամբ կազմում Է 60 միլիոն, իսկ պատերազմներից եւ տարերային աղետներից տուժած մարդկանց ընդհանուր թիվը 100 միլիոն Է:
«Դրա հետ, իհարկե, շատ խնդիրներ են կապված: Այդ մարդկանց ամեն օր փող Է հարկավոր, որպեսզի կերակրեն իրենց ընտանիքներին: Հսկայական միջոցներ են պահանջվում: Ամենահրատապ հումանիտար կարիքները բավարարելու համար 2004 թվականին շուրջ 3 մլրդ դոլար Է պահանջվել: Այդ ժամանակվանից թիվն աճել Է 430 տոկոսով. ներկայում պահանջվում Է մոտավորապես 20 մլրդ դոլար, եւ այդ թիվն ավելի ու ավելի Է մեծանում»,-հայտարարել Է նա ՀԱՊԿ-ի պետությունների փրկարարական ծառայությունների ուսումնական հաստատությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդակցությանը, որը տեղի Է ունենում ՄոսկվայուÕ ´, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
