Միայն այս տարվա նոյեմբերին ՀՀ-ի պետական պարտքն ավելացել է 108 մլն դոլարով և կազմում է 6 մլրդ 404 մլն 700.000 դոլար. «Ժողովուրդ»
ECONOMICS«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը միայն այս տարվա նոյեմբեր ամսին ավելացել է 108 միլիոն դոլարով և կազմում է 6 միլիարդ 404 միլիոն 700 հազար դոլար: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն այս մասին տեղեկացավ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունից: Հայաստանի պետական պարտքից 5 միլիարդ 115 միլիոն դոլարը արտաքին պարտք է:
Նշված գումարից 62 միլիոն 700 հազարն ավելացել է նոյեմբերին: Հայաստանի ներքին պարտքը կազմում է 1 միլիարդ 289 միլիոն դոլար: Այս գումարից 45 միլիոն 400 հազարը գոյացել է նոյեմբերի ընթացքում տեղաբաշխված պետական պարտատոմսերի իրացման հաշվին: Ի դեպ, շաբաթ օրը Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր ելույթում խոստացել է, որ 2040 թվականին մեկ շնչի հաշվով համախառն ներքին արդյունքը կկազմի 10 հազար դոլար: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ Հայաստանի ամեն մի բնակիչ 2040 թվականին տարեկան կվաստակի միջինը 10 հազար դոլար:
Իրականում Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոստումը ավելի շուտ կարող է իրագործվել, բայց մեկ շնչին բաժին հասնող պարտքի մասով: Եթե հավատանք ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալներին, ըստ որոնց՝ ՀՀ մշտական բնակչությունը 2 մլն 979 հազար 600 հոգի է, ապա ստացվում է, որ Հայաստանի ամեն մի բնակիչ արդեն իսկ պարտք է 2 հազար 150 դոլար՝ ինքն էլ այդ մասին տեղյակ չլինելով»,-գրում է թերթը:
