ECONOMICSՄիայն տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացումը բավական չէ երկու երկրների փոխհարաբերությունների և գործընկերության համար, շատ այլ ոլորտներ կան, որ կցանկանայինք հետագայում զարգացնել: Այս մասին ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչին ասաց «Մեդիա կենտրոնում»՝ անդրադառնալով հայ-ճապոնական հարաբերություններին, համագործակցության նոր հեռանկարներին ու հնարավորություններին:
«Ամեն տարի Ճապոնիայում կազմակերպվում է, այսպես կոչված, food expo, այսինքն՝ սննդամթերքի էքսպո: Եվ 2018-ին, երբ կազմակերպվի «ֆուդ էքսպո», կլինեն մասնակիցներ նաև Հայաստանից, նրանք կներկայացնեն գինի, մրգաչրեր, նաև իրենց արտադրած մեղրը: Դա էլ հենց կարող է խթանել դրանց հետագա արտահանմանը»,-նշեց Էյջի Տագուչին:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ներդրումների համար այս տարին շատ կարևոր էր, քանի որ ՀՀ-ի և Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունների միջև առաջիկայում ՝ միգուցե եկող շաբաթ կամ ավելի շուտ, կստորագրվի ներդրումների համատեղ ծրագիր, որն ինքնին խթան կլինի երկու երկրների միջև ներդրումների ծավալի ավելացման համար:
«Այս համաձայնագիրը ոչ թե սահմանում է, թե կոնկրետ որ ոլորտներում են ներդրումներ կատարվելու, այլ ընդհանուր համաձայնագիր է, որը պարտադիր է ցանկացած երկրի հետ համագործակցության համար: Այն ավելի շատ ուղեցույց և ընթացակարգ է երկու կողմի իրավունքների, պարտականությունների մասին: Այսինքն՝ Ճապոնիայի ներդրողները պետք է իմանան, գիտակցեն, վստահ լինեն, որ ամեն ինչ կարգավորվում է ըստ օրենսդրության և այս համաձայնագրի», -պարզաբանել է դեսպանը:
