Շինարարության ավարտական ակտի և շահագործման թույլտվության տրամադրման հետ կապված խնդիրները կարգավորելու նպատակով կառավարությունը փոփոխություն կատարեց նախկինում ընդունած որոշումներից մեկում:

Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանըգործադիրի նիստում նշեց, թե փոփոխություններով սահմանվում է, որ հաստատված ճարտարապետաշինարարական նախագծային փաստաթղթերով նախատեսված այլ աշխատանքները կառուցապատողի կողմից վերջինիս միջոցների հաշվին իրականացնելուց հետո օբյեկտը շահագործման է ընդունվում շահագործման թույլտվության ձևակերպմամբ:

Շահագործման թույլտվության գործընթացի ներմուծմամբ դյուրացվում են հանրապետության տարածքում բազմաթիվ անավարտ բազմաբնակարան և ստորաբաժանված շենքերի նկատմամբ իրավունքների օրինական ձևակերպման, նրանց հետագա կառուցման և ավարտման աշխատանքները: Բացի այդ, նշված պայմաններում բարձրացվում է կառուցապատողների քաղաքաշինական կարգապահությունը` ստեղծելու շահագործման համար լիարժեք, պիտանի կենսագործունեության միջավայր: 

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ այդ թեմայով խորհրդակցություն է անցկացվելու: «Ես բազմաթիվ տեղեկատվություններ եմ ստանում, որ ավարտական ակտերը ստանալու համար ինչ-որ խնդիրներ են հարուցվում համապատասխան գերատեսչության ղեկավարների կամ աշխատակիցների կողմից: Ընդհանրապես, այս մասով մենք մի քանի անգամ պայմանավորվածություններ ենք ձեռք բերել, որ նման որևէ հարց պետք է չառաջանա: Դրա համար խնդրում եմ բոլորի ուշադրությունը. շատ խիստ եմ լինելու: Իհարկե, ես հիմա ուսումնասիրում եմ այդ տեղեկությունների իսկությունը, եթե իրակÕ �նությանը համապատասխանեցին, ապա նման մարդիկ մեր շարքերում տեղ չեն ունենա»,-նշեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ բոլոր շահագրգիռ մարմիններին հանձնարարելով մասնակցել խորհրդակցությանը:
