Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը չի շտապում գնահատական տալ բյուջե 2018–ին

Հանրապետական կուսակցության անդամ, ԱԺ նախագահի քաղաքական հարցերով խորհրդական Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով 2018 թվականի բյուջեի քննարկման ժամանակ հնչած բավականին կոշտ գնահատականներին, նշեց, որ գնահատական տալուց առաջ ինքը դեռ պետք է որոշ հարցեր՝ այդ թվում վարչապետի հիմնավորումները նույնպես, համադրի հնչեցված տեսակետներին, որից հետո կարող է հետևություններ անել:
«Վարչապետի հիմնավորումն այն է, որ նախ պետք է երկրի տնտեսությունը զարգացնել, հետո նոր սոցիալական հարցերը լուծել: Իսկ եթե ամեն ինչ դեպի սպառում մղվի, տնտեսության զարգացման հեռանկարների մասին ստիպված կլինենք մոռանալ: Հիմա մենք պետք է փորձենք հասկանալ, թե իսկապե՞ս այն պահն է, որ պետք է որոշենք գոտիները ձգել, թե հարկավոր է թոշակներն ու աշխատավարձերը բարձրացնել: Կարծում եմ, այս բյուջեն միտված է ապագային՝ տնտեսությունը զարգացնելուն, որպեսզի հետագայում հնարավոր լինի խնդիրներն առավել արդյունավետ լուծել»– ասաց Մ. Մինասյանը:
Իսկ իշխանություններն արդյոք գիտե՞ն, որ ժողովուրդն արդեն 25 տարի գոտին ձգած է ապրում ու այդ գոտու վրա այլևս տեղ չկա ձգելու: Ինչպես ժողովուրդն է ասում՝ «մինչև առուն ջուր գա, գորտի աչքը դուրս կգա», այսինքն, արդյոք ժողովուրդը կկարողանա՞ հաղթահարել և դուրս գալ ստեղծված իրավիճակից: Եվ այն տարիների ընթացքում ավերակների վերածված տնտեսությունը արդյոք հնարավոր կլինի՞ ընդհանրապես վերականգնել, էլ չենք ասում զարգանալու մասին: Այս հարցերին ԱԺ խորհրդականը պատասխանեց.
«Իսկապես Հայաստանում կա մի խավ, որը բավականին դժվար է ապրում, բայց երկու ճանապարհ կա՝ կա՛մ պետք է այսպես շարունակենք, կա՛մ պետք է փորձենք առաջ շարժվել և ամրացնել, ուժեղացնել մեր տնտեսությունը, որպեսզի հետագայում ունենանք զորեղ պետություն, որը կարողանա իր ազգաբնակչության և՛ կենսաթոշակների, և՛ աշխատավարձերի հարցը լուծել: Քաղաքական վերլուծություն իրականացնելը մի բան է, բայց տնտեսական վերլուծություն իրականացնելու համար պետք է գնահատել այն, ինչ կա և գնալ դրանք համադրելու ճանապարհով»,– ասաց Մ. Մինասյանը:
Քաղաքական գործչի կարծիքով վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը ոչ միայն լուրջ տնտեսագետ է, այլև լավ կառավարիչ և ծանոթ է համաշխարհային տնտեսական տենդենցներին: Ինքը հույս ունի, որ այն ծրագրերը, որոնք հայտարարել է վարչապետը, կյանքի կկոչվեն և մոտ ապագայում կունենանք դինամիկ զարգացող տնտեսություն:
Դիտարկմանը, թե մինչև մոտ ապագային մոտենանք, Հայաստանում էլ մարդ չի մնա, Մ. Մինասյանը պատասխանեց.
«Բոլորս պետք է իմանանք, որ երկրագնդի վրա ամենաապահով տեղը մեզ համար մեր հայրենիքն է, ամենասիրելի տեղը՝ մեր հայրենիքն է, կարոտից ամենահեռու տեղը մեր հայրենիքն է: Եվ պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ մեր պապերի շիրիմների հայրենիքը մեր երեխաներին փոխանցենք ավելի զորեղ և հայրենիքի նվիրումն ավելի իրական դարձած բոլորի համար: Եվ Աստված տա 5 տարի հետո մենք հանդիպենք և ես կապացուցեմ, որ իմ այս ասածի մեջ կար ոչ միայն լավատեսություն, այլ նաև իրատեսություն: Եվ հավատացած եմ, որ մեր Հայոց երկիրն իր պայծառ ապագան ունենալու է»:
