Հակոբ Չաքրյան. «Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցում Վրաստանը բացասական դիրքորոշում ունի»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Վրաստանի հայրենասերների դաշինք» կուսակցությունից Ախալքալաքի Շրջանային ժողովի մի շարք հայազգի պատգամավորներ հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ առաջարկելով քննարկել Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման և դատապարտման հարցը:
Թուրքագետ Հակոբ Չաքրյանի կարծիքով, անկախ ամեն ինչից, հայ պատգամավորների կողմից նման նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես գալը ողջունելի քայլ է: Ըստ թուրքագետի, սակայն, դժվար է դրական արդյունք ակնկալել:
«Չեմ կարծում, թե նախաձեռնությունը դրական եզրակացություն կամ արձագանք կստանա: Նախ, երբ նման գործընթացներ են սկսվում, թուրքական իշխանություններն իսկույն գործի են անցնում: Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ որևէ բանաձևի հայտնվելուն պես տարբեր երկրների գործադիր իշխանությունների միջոցով թուրքական իշխանությունները տապալել են դրանք: Այստեղ ևս բացառություն չի լինի: Ամեն դեպքում, եթե հարցն անգամ Վրաստանի խորհրդարան հասնի, թուրքերը կխնդրեն Վրաստանի իշխանություններին, նրանք էլ ճնշում կգործադրեն, և այդ նախաձեռնությունը կձախողվի»,– «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հակոբ Չաքրյանը:
Թուրքագետն ընդգծեց, որ բացի նշվածից, Վրաստանի իշխանությունները Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման և դատապարտման հարցում բացասական դիրքորոշում ունեն:
«Եթե ավելի մեղմ ձևակերպենք, առնվազն անտարբեր են եղել այդ հարցում: Առհասարակ Հայաստանի հանդեպ Վրաստանը բացասական դիրքորոշում ունի և ի հաշիվ Հայաստանի հատկապես Թուրքիայում միավորներ է փորձում շահել»,–նկատեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Թուրքագետի կարծիքով, այն, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցը մինչև օրս Վրաստանի խորհրդարան չի հասել, պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ Վրաստանը միշտ սիրաշահել է Թուրքիային ու Ադրբեջանին:
«Բացի այդ, որքան Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցը ծավալվում է ամբողջ աշխարհով մեկ, այնքան Հայաստանի միջազգային հեղինակությունը Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ բարձրանում է: Այսինքն՝ այստեղ միայն Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման խնդիրը չէ, կա նաև Հայաստանի՝ միջազգային ճանաչում ձեռք բերելու հարցը: Եվ սրան զուգահեռ, Ղարաբաղյան հարցի շուրջ Թուրքիայի միջամտության հնարավորությունները սահմանափակվում են:
Բացի այդ, կա նաև ՀՀ–ի և Վրաստանի մրցակցության հանգամանքը: Վրաստանը չի ցանկանա, որ ՀՀ–ի միջազգային հեղինակությունն ավելանա: Հաջորդը Ջավախքի հիմնախնդիրն է, որը փակված չէ: Դրա համար էլ Հայաստանի հետ կապված նման հարցերում ոչ թե բացասական, այլև թշնամական վերաբերմունք կա: 1990–ականներից մի դեպք հիշեցի: Վրաստանի խորհրդարանը թուրք խորհրդականներին էր ընդունում: Այդ ժամանակ Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի նախագահը կենաց է առաջարկում.
«Պետք է գնանք նրան, որ Երևանը դառնա միացյալ թուրքական պետության մայրաքաղաքը»»,–նշեց Հ. Չաքրյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Վրաստանի կողմից ի վնաս ՀՀ–ի միավորներ շահելու գաղափարախոսությունը մինչ օրս էլ շարունակվում է:
«Այս քաղաքականությունը միշտ է եղել: Իհարկե, կան նաև առողջ ու արդարամիտ ուժեր, որոնք նման դիրքորոշում չունեն: Բայց անկախ նրանից, թե ով է եղել իշխանության գլուխը, ի հաշիվ ՀՀ–ի թուրքերի մոտ միշտ էլ միավորներ են փորձել շահել»,–եզրափակեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
