SOCIETY«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպահպանության եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի նախնական գնահատականով՝ Երեւանի Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանում հատված 28 ծառի դեպքն անօրինական չէ:
Տեսչության տարածած պարզաբանման մեջ ասված է. «Էլեկտրոնային լրատվամիջոցներում տարածված «Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանում հատված ծառերի» լուրին ի պատասխան տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Բնապահպանության եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի Երեւանի տարածքային բաժնի աշխատակիցները ս.թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ին այցելել են դեպքի վայր եւ կազմել համապատասխան արձանագրություն:
Ըստ որի՝ Երեւան, Դավթաշեն Տիգրան Պետրոսյան փող 44/7 հասցեում հատվել է 28 ծառ, ներկայացվել է անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքների պետական գրանցման վկայականը, ծառահատումն իրականացվել է սեփականատիրոջ կողմից լիազորված անձի կողմից։ Նախնական ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ բնապահպանական իրավախախտում առկա չէ։ Ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրությունը շարունակվում է»:
Բնապահպահպանության եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմինն իհարկե խուսափել է նշել, թե ով է տարածքի սեփականատերը: Դրա համար հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ ծառերը նախկին հանրային այգու տարածքում են եղել, որը հետագայում սեփականաշնորհվել է Դավթաշենի նախկին թաղապետ Ռուբեն Գեւորգյանի կողմից: «Դեյզի» անունը կրող այգու սեփականատերը Ռուբեն Գեւորգյանի դուստրն է՝ Արմենուհի Գեւորգյանը: Այգու տարածքում ծրագրված է կառուցապատում իրականացնել»:
