ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակչուհու նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ին՝ ժամը 14:40-ի սահմաններում, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք՝ դիմակավորված, ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակարաններից մեկը: Վերջիններս տան բնակչուհու նկատմամբ գործադրել են բռնություն, այն է՝ սուր ծակող գործիքով հարվածել նրա ձախ ոտքին, ձեռքերով հարվածներ հասցրել նրա գլխի, դեմքի շրջաններին, մեկուսիչ ժապավենով կապել նրա բերանը, ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը, ապա հափշտակել ոսկյա զարդեր, բիժուտերիա, կանխիկ գումար և դիմել փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ, 3-րդ, 4-րդ կետերով, կինը ճանաչվել է տուժող, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք:
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատագենետիկական, դատահետքաբանական, դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ, դեպքի վայրից վերցվել նմուշներ, կատարվել առգրավումներ:
Կատարվում է քննություն, և ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
