Նալբանդյանը ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի փակումը բացասական նախադեպ է որակել
POLITICSՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ԵԱՀԿ մասնակից երկրների արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի 24-րդ հանդիպմանը հայտարարել է` ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի փակումը շատ բացասական նախադեպ է ստեղծում: Նալբանդյանը նշել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ բուն էությունը խնդիրները երկխոսության ու համագործակցության միջոցով հանգուցալուծելն է, այլ ոչ թե մասնակից մի պետության դիրքորոշումը ի վնաս մյուսների և ողջ կազմակերպության պարտադրելը:
«Նախարարական խորհուրդները հնարավորություն են ընձեռում խոսել ձեռքբերումների և ապագայի տեսլականի մասին: Այնուամենայնիվ, հավասարապես կարևոր է բաց չթողնել այս հնարավորությունը` անկեղծ կերպով քննարկման առարկա դարձնելու համար կազմակերպության բացթողումները:
Ադրբեջանի՝ ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի մանդատի երկարաձգման կոնսենսուսին միանալուց հրաժարվելը վնաս հասցրեց ոչ միայն ԵԱՀԿ դաշտային առաքելությունների գործունեության միասնականությանը, այլև կազմակերպության շրջանակներում ընդգրկուն համագործակցություն ծավալելու կարողությանը»,- ասել է ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը:
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ հանձնառությունները չհարգելուց և կազմակերպության գրասենյակը սեփական երկրում փակելուց հետո Ադրբեջանը թիրախավորեց և փակեց ԵԱՀԿ վերջին լիարժեք գործող առաքելությունը տարածաշրջանում: Նալբանդյանն առանձնահատուկ ցավալի է համարել այն, որ գրասենյակը փակվեց` ի հեճուկս դրա պահպանման ցանկության ու այդ ուղղությամբ գործադրած շարունակական ջանքերի ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ ԵԱՀԿ մասնակից բոլոր երկրների կողմից` բացառությամբ Ադրբեջանի:
«Ցանկանում ենք հիշեցնել, որ ԵԱՀԿ և՛ գերմանական, և՛ ավստրիական նախագահությունները հերքեցին Ադրբեջանի` երևանյան գրասենյակի հասցեին հնչեցրած մեղադրանքները: Զարմանալի չէ, որ Ադրբեջանը, ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակին մարտահրավեր նետելիս, հայտնվեց մեկուսացման մեջ»,-նշել է Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:
Նա շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանը վճռական է շարունակել սերտ համագործակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ շրջանակներում, և «Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության ծրագիրը» լավ հնարավորություններ է ընձեռում այդ առումով:
