Հերթական անգամ հանրային վերահսկողության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են խախտումներ. այս անգամ ուսումնասիրվել է սառեցված հավամթերքի շուկան: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 6-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշել է «Իրազեկ եւ պաշտպանված սպառող» հկ նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը: Նրա խոսքով, ուսումնասիրության համար ընտրված հավի 9 նմուշներից սննդում օգտագործման համար պիտանի են միայն 4-ը, 5 նմուշ սննդի համար պիտանի չէ. «Սննդամթերքի ղթայի նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունն օրըստօրե երկրում ավելի վատ բնույթ է կրում եւ տաօրինակ են հնչում հայտարարությունները, թե այդ շղթան պետք է վերահսկել եւ «շանտղություն» է, որ չենք վերահսկում»,-ասաց նա:
«Հայտնաբերվել են մանրէաբանական խախտումներ, սալմոնելա, ինչն արդեն արտադրական ցանցի հետեւանք է: Գրեթե բոլոր հավերն ունեցել են մակնշման հետ կապված խնդիրներ, այսինքն իրացման ցանցում վերահսկողության չի եղել: Հավերի մեջ նկատվել են հակաբիոտիկների մնացորդներ, ինչպես լեւոմիցետինի, այնպես էլ տետրացիկլինի խմբի անտիբիոտիկներ են հայտնաբերվել»,-ասաց Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ նշված խախտումներն արձանագրվել են բացառապես Հայաստան ներմուծված եւ սառեցված հավամթերքի շուկայում, ինչպես Ռուսաստանից, այնպես էլ Բրազիլիայից ներմուծված հավամթերքում է հայտնաբերվել:
Տեղական հավի մսում նման վտանգավոր հավելումներ, ըստ Պիպոյանի, չեն հայտնաբերվել չեն էլ կարող լինել գործնականում: Բայց այս ուսումնասիրությունը լուրջ հիմք է վերահսկող մարմնի համար շուկայում փորձաքննություն անցկացնել: Ստեղծված իրավիճակում նա կարեւորում է հանրային վերահսկողության ուժեղացումը, քանի որ, իր խոսքով, օրեցօր երկրում սննդի շուկայում պետական վերահսկողության վիճակը վատանում է
: «Ամենամեծ խնդիրներից մեկն էլ այն է, որ լիազոր մարմինը չի էլ արձագանքում խախտումների վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին: Ինձ համար զարմանալի է նաեւ կառավարության դիրքորոշումն այս ոլորտում»,-ասաց բանախոսը՝ հավելելով. «Եթե իրացման ցանցում պետական վերահսկողություն արվեր, այդ խախտումները կնկատվեին: Ամենամեծ խնդիրներից մյուսն էլ այն է, որ լիազոր մարմինը՝ ՍԱՊԾ-ն արդեն չի էլ արձագանքում, գոնե ձեւ համար գալիս հայտարարում էին՝ մենք կվերահսկենք։
Երկու օր է՝ լիազոր մարմնի պաշտոնական կայքում որեւէ հայտարարություն վտանգավոր մթերքի մասով չկա: Ի վերջո գործադիր իշխանության բոլոր օղակները պետք է հասկանան, որ բառացիորեն մարդկանց առողջության հետ կապված լինում են խնդիրներ։ Հակաբիոտիկը, կարող է ՍԱՊԾ-ում չեն հասկանում՝ ինչ է, բայց չեմ կարծում, որ Առողջապահության նախարարությունում էլ չեն հասկանում»: Նյութի աղբյուրը` YN.am
