ՊԵԿ պաշտոնյան ներկայացրել է հարկային եկամուտների աճ և նվազում արձանագրած ոլորտները

Ընթացիկ տարվա 11 ամիսներին հարկային եկամուտների 103 միլիարդ դրամի աճ է արձանագրվել 574 խոշոր ու միջին հարկ վճարողների մոտ, իսկ 514 հարկ վճարողների հարկային եկամուտները նվազել են 63.2 միլիարդ դրամով: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ`ինչպես տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի Խոշոր և միջին հարկ վճարողների տեսչության պետ Արմեն Սաֆարյանը, ոլորտային վերլուծությունն էլ  ցույց է տվել հարկային եկամուտների աճ 55 ոլորտներում, 28-ում`նվազում: Մասնավորապես՝ աճ է գրանցվել հանքարդյունահանման, սուպերմարկետների, ծառայությունների մատուցման, արտադրության, ներմուծման և առևտրի ոլորտներում, նվազում` կապի, շինարարության, կառուցապատման, կրթական ծրագրերի իրականացման, դեղերի ներմուծման, հրատարակչության և տպագրության, ոչ պարենային ապրանքների արտադրության և ճանապարհաշինարարության ոլորտներում: «Հարկերի վճարման առումով կարելի է առանձնացնել երկու գործոն` տնտեսության աճի ու նվազման միտումները, ինչպես նաև հարկ վճարողների կողմից օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների արդյունքում որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը: Կան ոլորտներ, որտեղ օբյեկտիվորեն նկատվում է աճ կամ նվազում, որից էլ բխում են հարկային պարտավորությունների կատարման ցուցանիշները: Մեր պարագայում հարկային եկամուտներիանկումը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է մրցակցության պայմաններումառևտրային վերադիրների նվազումով և գերավճարների հաշվինպարտավորությունների մարումով»,-ասաց Արմեն Սաֆարյանը:

Պաշտոնյայի դիտարկմամբ`հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում հարկային եկամուտների աճը պայմանավորված է մետաղների միջազգային գների բարձրացմամբ: Իսկ, օրինակ, կապի ոլորտում հարկային եկամուտների նվազումը ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները բացատրում են հանգամանքով, որ բաժանորդները ավելի շատ սկսել են օգտվել համացանցային ծառայություններից` ի փոխարեն բջջային կապի, իսկ քանի որ այս երկու ծառայությունների միջև սակագների տարբերություն կա` առաջինն ավելի էժան է, հետևաբար շրջանառությունը նվազել է, ինչն էլ բերել է հարկերի նվազման:

Մետաղական հանքարդյունահանման ոլորտում 2017թ․-ի 11 ամիսների հարկային եկամուտների աճը 43 տոկոս է, ծխախոտի արտադրության ոլորտում` 51.7 տոկոս, վառելիքի ներմուծման ոլորտում` 16.6 տոկոս: Կապի ոլորտում ընթացիկ տարվա 11 ամիսների  հարկային եկամուտների նվազումը կազմել է 21 տոկոս է, շինարարության ոլորտում`10.3տոկոս, կառուցապատման ոլորտում`47 տոկոս:
