Հարավային Կորեայի Ջեջու կղզում՝ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի «Ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության մասին» կոնվենցիայի 12-րդ նստաշրջանում Կոմիտեն քիչ առաջ «Քոչարի»-ն Հայաստանի հայտով գրանցեց ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի մարդկության ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության արժեքների ներկայացուցչական ցանկում։

Ավելի վաղ այս տարի «Քոչարի. ավանդական խմբապար» ՀՀ հայտը ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության անկախ փորձագետների կողմից բոլոր չափորոշիչներով դրական էր գնահատվել։

ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից Past.am-ին տեղեկացրեցին, որ  «Քոչարի» պարը հայկական ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության բնութագրական դրսևորումներից է և տարածված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում ու հայկական սփյուռքում։ Այն ավանդական մշակույթի այն հազվադեպ դրսևորումներից է, որի սերնդե-սերունդ փոխանցման շղթան չի ընդհատվել, կենսունակ է և մեկտեղում է ազգային ինքնության, միասնականության ու համերաշխության բոլոր դրսևորումները՝ որպես կատարյալ ժողովրդական ստեղծագործություն։

ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի հերթական նստաշրջանին մասնակցելու նպատակով Հարավային Կորեա մեկնած ՀՀ պատվիրակության կազմում են ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարի տեղակալ Ա. Սամուելյանը, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության միջազգային կազմակերպությունների վարչության պետ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ազգային հաձնաժողովի գլխավոր քարտուղար Վ. Կաժոյանը, ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության աշխատակազմի մշակությային ժառանգության և ժողովրդական արհեստների վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Ն. Կիլիչյանը և ՀՀ ԳԱԱ հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող, ազգագրագետ Ռ. Ծատուրյանը։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի 2003 թ. «Ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության մասին» կոնվենցիան վավերացրել է 2006 թ. և մինչ օրս ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի մարդկության ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության ներկայացուցչական ցանկում արդեն գրանցել է «Դուդուկն ու իր երաժշտությունը» (2008 թ.), «Հայկական խաչքարի արվեստ. խաչքարի խորհուրդն ու խաչքարագործությունը» (2010 թ.), «Սասնա ծռեր կամ Սասունցի Դավիթ էպոսի կատարողական դրսևորումները» (2012 թ.), «Լավաշ. ավանդական հացի պատրաստումը, նշանակությունը և մշակութային դրսևորումները Հայաստանում» (2014 թ.) տարրերը:

Բացի այդ, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Գլխավոր կոնֆերանսի նստաշրջանում այս տարի հաստատվել են ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության նախապատրաստած հայտերը՝ «Կոմպոզիտոր, էթնոերաժշտագետ, բանահավաք, երգիչ Սողոմոն Սողոմոնյանի, հայտնի որպես` Կոմիտաս Վարդապետի (1869-1935 թթ.) ծննդյան 150-ամյակը» (Ֆրանսիայի ու Գերմանիայի աջակցությամբ), և «Բանաստեղծ, գրող, թարգմանիչ Հովհաննես Թումանյանի (1869-1923 թթ.) ծննդյան 150-ամյակը» (Վրաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի աջակցությամբ ) խորագրով հայտերը և որոշում է ընդունվել դրանք ընդգրկելու ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի՝ Հռչակավոր մարդկանց և կարևոր իրադարձությունների հոբելյանների 2018-2019 թթ. օրացույցում:
