Երեկ հավաստի դարձավ, որ գեներալ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանն ազատվել է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնից: Նախքան Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագիրը, Վիգեն Սարգսյանը լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան նշել էր, թե Բաղմանյանը ազատման դիմում գրել է իր հորդորով: Հորդորի պահով, անշուշտ, կա որոշակի թյուրըմբռնում: Ավելի ճիշտ կլիներ նշել ՝ մեր հորդորով կամ Սարգսյանի հորդորով, որը ես փոխանցել եմ Բաղմանյանին: Բայց այդ մասին չէ, որ ուզում ենք խոսել:

Փաստացի տեղի է ունենում հերթական խոշոր մասշտաբի զինվորական պաշտոնյայի պաշտոնաթողությունը, բայց քրեական գործ չկա: Իսկ հեռացման հիմքում, եթե ուշադիր նայենք, հենց այդ գեներալների հանդեպ հասարակական արձագանքն է, նրանց կոռուպցիոն և օդիոզ համբավը:

Տպավորություն է սակայն, որ բանակը բարեփոխելու անվան տակ, օդիոզ դեմքերը ոչ թե լքում են համակարգը, այլ գնում վաստական թոշակի: Որովհետև, եթե քրեական գործեր չեն հարուցվում, նշանակում է, որ նրանց թերացումները նեղ մասնագիտական են կամ տեխնիկական: Բայց այդ դեպքում, համակարգից առաջին հեռացողը պիտի լիներ բանակային գործից անտեղյակ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը: Հասկանալի է, որ նրա պաշտոնը քաղաքական է, նրա հիմնական գործունեությունն էլ քաղաքական: Քաղաքական է նաև Բաղմանյանի ու նմանատիպ գեներալների հեռացումը: Բայց թե կոնկրետ ինչ քաղաքականություն է ընկած այդ ամենի հետևում, պարզ չէ: Պարզ չի լինի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ հեռացողները կգնան թոշակի, ոչ թե դատարան: Իսկ դատարան ուղարկելու քաղաքական կամք ու լեգիտիմություն, Սարգսյաններից որևէ մեկը չունի: Որովհետև դատարանում հայտնված պայմանական բաղմանյանները կարող են շատ բան պատմել:
