Դայակներին վճարվող գումարի փոխհատուցման ծրագրից կարող է օգտվել ընդամենը 200 ծնող. «Հայկական Ժամանակ»
SOCIETY«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Մինչեւ 3 տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի համար վճարվող 18 հազար դրամ նպաստը որեւէ կերպ կապված չէ ծնողներին առաջարկվող աջակցության ծրագրի հետ:
«Հայկական ժամանակի» հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով տարածված թյուր կարծիքին, պարզաբանեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աշխատակազմի աշխատանքի եւ զբաղվածության վարչության զբաղվածության բաժնի պետ Ռուզաննա Պեպանյանը:
Խոսքն այն ծրագրի մասին է, որը նախատեսվում է իրագործել «Զբաղվածության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելուց հետո եւ որը ենթադրում է ծնողին ֆինանսական աջակցություն տրամադրել այն դեպքում, եթե նա ցանկանում է աշխատանքի վերադառնալ մինչեւ երեխայի երկու տարին լրանալը եւ անհրաժեշտություն ունի դայակ վարձելու կամ երեխային վճարովի մանապարտեզ ուղարկելու: Ֆինանսական աջակցությունը կլինի մինչեւ 55 հազար դրամի չափով:
«Զբաղվածության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծն Ազգային ժողովում ընդունվել է առաջին ընթերցմամբ, երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ նույնպես ընդունվելուց հետո հերթը կհասնի օրենքի կիրարկումն ապահովող կառավարության որոշումների ընդունմանն ու նախարարի հրամաններին:
Վերոնշյալ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծը երկրորդ ընթերցում անցնելուց հետո ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2018 թվականին: Այդ տարվա բյուջեով նախատեսված է, որ ծնողներին տրամադրվող աջակցության ծրագրից կարող է օգտվել 200 անձ:
«Նախնական փուլում նախատեսված է, որ ծրագիրը կիրականացվի շուրջ 200 անձի համար: Այսինքն՝ շուրջ 200 անձ հնարավորություն կունենա այդ ծրագրում ընդգրկվելու: Իսկ արդեն ծրագրի գնահատման արդյունքում առավել հստակ կորոշվի, թե հետագայում քանի հոգու համար եւ ինչ շրջանակներում այն կիրականացվի»,- ասաց բաժնի պետը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է «դայակների» ծրագրի հետ միաժամանակ մշակված մեկ այլ ծրագրի, այն, ինչպես ասաց նախարարության պաշտոնյան, չի իրագործվելու»:
