Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ընդեմ գեներալների
ANALYSISՀայկազ Բաղմանյանը իմ հորդորով աշխատանքի ազատման զեկուցագիր է գրել: Այս մասին Բաղրամյան Պողոտայում Մարշալ Բաղրամյանին նվիրված միջոցառումից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասած ՀՀ ՊՆ նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը: Հարցին, թե որն է եղել զեկուցագիրը գրելու պատճառը, նախարարն ասաց, որ իր աշխատանքային պարտականություններում թերանալը:
Վիգեն Սարգսյանի նախարարական պաշտոնն աչքի ընկավ մի շարք պաշտոնանկություններով: Բնականաբար, այս պաշտոնանկությունները միայն Վիգեն Սարգսյանինը չեն, այլ իրականացվում են Սերժ Սարգսյանի անմիջական հորդորով: Փաստացի հին սերնդի գեներալիտետից այն մարդկանց, ովքեր ունեն օդիոզ համբավ, Սարգսյանները ակտիվորեն ազատվում են:
Իսկ ազատվում են այնպիսի մարդկանցից, ովքեր բավական կարծր դերակատարում ունեին բանակային համակարգին կից գործող մեկ այլ համակարգի ՝ կոռուպցիոն համակարգի հետ: Դժվար է ասել, արդյոք այս պաշտոնանկությունը կօգնեն նախարարությանը դառնալ ավելի լավը կամ արդյոք կբարձրացնեն բանակի մարտունակությունը, թե ոչ: Ամեն դեպքում հասարակական արձագանքն այս ամենին դրական է:
Վիգեն Սարգսյանին ՊՆ նախարար նշանակելով, Սերժ Սարգսյանը փաստացի ստանձնել է այդ կառույցի ղեկավարումը ու փորձում է անել այն, ինչը չի կարողացել անել նախկինում: Բնականաբար, անում է այդ ամենը միջնորդավորված կերպով: Սպասելի է, որ հին սերնդի օտարման պրոցեսը կտեղափոխվի կյանքի այլ ոլորտներ ևս, օրինակ մյուս ուժային կառույցներ, բիզնես և այլն:
