Ռուսական հեռուստաեթերի քարոզչական հաղորդումները Հայաստանում բավական ծանր ընդունվեցին ու դարձան արդեն քանի օր շարունակվող ակտիվ քննարկումների առիթ: 

Պետք է տարբերակենք քարոզչությունն ու քաղաքական որոշումները: Հաճախ, իհարկե, դրանք մեկտեղվում են: Բայց ոչ միշտ: Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը ՀՀ-ԵՄ համաձայնագրին մեղմ էր: Նախքան այդ համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը Սերժ Սարգսյանը անընդհատ հանդիպում էր Պուտինին: Կարելի է ասել, որ Կրեմլը ծանոթ էր այդ համաձայնագրի բովանդակությանը ու համաձայնություն տվել է դրա ստորագրմանը: Կարող է հարց առաջանալ, եթե համաձայն էր, ինչպես եղավ որ ստորագրումից առաջ ու հետո ականատես եղանք քարոզչկան գրոհների Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ:

Հարցի պատասխանը թաքնված է ռուսական քաղաքական համակարգի կառուցվածքի մեջ: Ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանում քաղաքական վերնախավը միատարր չէ: Իշխանության մեջ կան բազմաթիվ խմբեր, շահեր, կոնֆլիկտներ: Եթե Կրեմլը ՝ ի դեմս Պուտինի չի խոչընդոտել, ավելին հավանության է արժանացրել շրջանակային համաձայնագիրը, դա չի նշանակում, որ օրինակ Գազպրոմմեդիան իր տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսներով, կամ ադրբեջանական լոբինգից սնվող ռուսական պսևդո-փորձագիտական շրջանակները չեն գրոհելու Հայաստան-ԵՄ համաձայնագիրը: Պետք է նայել կոնկրետ ովքեր և ինչ հարթակներով են իրականացնում այդ քարոզչությունը և ամեն ինչ պարզ կլինի: Ու պիտի տարանջատել քարոզչությունն ու Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումն իրարից:
