ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնից «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթի (armtimes.com կայքի) խմբագրություն է ուղարկվել լրացուցիչ պարզաբանում՝ քաղաքացի Լաուրա Հովսեփյանի բողոքի վերաբերյալ:

«Հայկական ժամանակի» նոյեմբերի 17-ի համարում լույս տեսած հրապարակման մեջ, որը տպագրվել է նաեւ թերթի կայքում, որդուն կորցրած մայրը հայտարարում էր, որ նա մահացել է բժիշկների մեղքով: Երկու կողմերի կարծիքը ներկայացնող հոդվածի հրապարակումից հետո Լաուրա Հովսեփյանը, որն, ի դեպ, մասնագիտությամբ բժիշկ է, անհրաժեշտություն էր զգացել արձագանքել բժիշկ Սամվել Կարապետյանի մեկնաբանություններին: Որոշ ժամանակ անց ստացանք նաեւ բուժհաստատության գրությունը: Այն ներկայացնում ենք ստորեւ.  

Ինչպես նշվել է «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթի 17.11.17 թ. N 209-ում, տիկին Լաուրա Ավագյանը դիմել է խմբագրություն՝ ահազանգելով, որ «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնում իր որդին մահացել է բժիշկների մեղքով:

Բժշկական կենտրոնում կազմակերպվել է վերոհիշյալ հարցի քննարկում տնօրենի, փոխտնօրենների եւ խնդրին առնչվող բժիշկների մասնակցությամբ, որի արդյունքը ուղարկվել է նաեւ տիկին Լաուրա Հովսեփյանի բողոք-նամակին ի պատասխան:

57-ամյա Արմեն Կառլենի Ադամյանը 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ին ժամը 14:50, ընդունվել է «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ի շտապօգնության եւ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք: Հիվանդը ընդունվել է արգելակված, մթագնած գիտակցությամբ, ուղեղի արյան շրջանառության խանգարման նախանշաններով՝ արյան ճնշման բարձրացում, հիպերգլիկեմիկ վիճակ: Կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր հետազոտությունները, տարվել է դինամիկ հսկողություն ու բուժում, նյարդաբանի զննում: Բացասական դինամիկայի առկայության պատճառով էլ կատարվել է գլխուղեղի համակարգչային տոմոգրաֆիա (КТ) հետազոտություն՝ ժամը 21:01-ին, այսինքն՝ հիվանդի ընդունվելուց 6 ժամ անց:

Գլխուղեղի КТ հետազոտությունը իրականացվում է ցուցումի համաձայն համապատասխան ժամկետում՝ համադրելով հիվանդության կլինիկական զարգացումը եւ ախտանիշները:

Անհրաժեշտ է հաշվի առնել հիվանդի ծանր վիճակը, հիմնական ու ուղեկցող հիվանդությունները՝ շաքարային դիաբետ դեկոմպենսացիայի փուլում, հետինֆարկտային կարդիոսկլերոզ, արտերիալ հիպերտենզիա կրիզային ընթացքով, վիրուսային հեպատիտ «C» անցումով ցիռոզի, որոնք ռիսկի գործոն են համարվում եւ էլ ավելի են ծանրացնում յուրաքանչյուր հիվանդություն: Ժամերի ընթացքում իշեմիկ ինսուլտը բարդացել է ուղեղային արյունազեղումով՝ ճեղքումով 4-րդ փորոք, ինչը պատճառ է հանդիսացել մահվանը:

Բաժանմունքի վարիչ Սամվել Կարապետյանն ու բժիշկ Լեւոն Օռլովը 11 ժամվա ընթացքում ախտորոշման  ու բուժական բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումները կատարել են: Ցավոք, տվյալ հիվանդությունն ու ընթացքը անհամատեղելի էին կյանքի համար:
