Շարունակելու ենք մնալ անկախ, չենք պատրաստվում ՀՀԿ-ին աջակցել, կամ չօժանդակել
VIDEOԵրևանի ավագանու ոչ մի խմբակցությանը միանալ չենք ուզում, չենք էլ կարող։ Այդ մասին «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Երևանի ավագանու անդամ Հայկ Պետրոսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք այն, որ ավագանու նիստերի ժամանակ որոշ դեպքերում «Երկիր Ծիրանի»-ից դուրս եկած 2 ավագանու անդամներով կողմ են քվեարկում ՀՀԿ խմբակցության նախաձեռնություններին, արդյո՞ք նշանակում է, որ հստակեցրել են իրենց քաղաքական դիրքորոշումն ավագանիում, հատկապես՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ կողմ են քվեարկել նաև Լեոնիդ Ազգալդյանի անունով փողոց անվանակոչելու ՀՀԿ նախաձեռնությանը՝ դեմ լինելով «Ելք» խմբակցության նախաձեռնությանը՝ Լենինգրադյան փողոցը Ազգալդյանի անունով անվանակոչելու:
«Օրենքի տեսանկյունից մենք կարող ենք միայն վերականգնվել «Երկիր Ծիրանի» խմբակցությունում, խմբակցության անդամ կրկին դառնալ, մենք չենք պատրաստվում Հանրապետականին օժանդակել, կամ չօժանդակել, էական չէ։ Մենք շարունակելու ենք լինել անկախ, որը մեզ ազատություն է տալիս, որ մենք կարող ենք այդ տրայբալիզմից դուրս գալ, երբ որ բոլորը միաձայն են քվեարկում այս կամ այն հարցի շուրջ, երբ որ ներսում տարաձայնություններ կա, մենք այդ ազատությունը ունենք, իմ քվեարկությունը շատ կանխատեսելի է լինելու․ սկզբունքը պարզ է, խմբակցությունը այդ հարցը տրամաբանական է բերելու, եթե բարոյական նորմերի մեջ է, եթե ես չեմ տեսնում, որ իրենք փորձում են ինչ-որ ուրիշ բաներ անել հարցը բերելով, ապա կողմ եմ քվեարկելու, եթե չէ՝ դեմ եմ քվեարկելու, եթե անհասկանալի լինի, ապա ձեռնպահ կքվեարկեմ»,- շեշտեց նա։
Հայկ Պետրոսյանը մանրամասնեց՝ դեմ է փողոցների անվանափոխությանը, բայց ոչ անվանակոչությանը՝ տվյալ դեպքում մի հատված է անվանակոչվել, որը նախկինում անուն չի ունեցել։
«Անվանափոխություններին դեմ եմ մի քանի պատճառով, դա դժվարություն է առաջացնում և՛ բնակիչների, և՛ տնտեսվարողների համար, անվանափոխությունների դեպքում ահագին աշխատանք պետք է կատարվի, որպեսզի ամեն տեղ դա փոփոխության ենթարկվի։ Ավագանու իմ ելույթի ընթացքում ես ասացի, որ եթե մենք անվանափոխություն ենք անում, ապա եկեք տարվա մեջ մեկ կամ երկու հատ անենք, որպեսզի ծանրաբեռնվածություն չառաջանա։ Եվս մի կարևոր հարց կա, ինձ համար անհասկանալի է՝ ինչպես են որոշվել անվանակոչության համար փողոցները, կա՞ որևէ սկզբունք»,- ընդգծեց նա։
