ԱՄՆ դեսպանը նշել է ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները դադարեցնելու պայմանը

Ռուսաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Ջոն Հենթսմանը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ուկրաինական հակամարտության արագ կարգավորման հույսեր ունի, ինչից հետո Վաշինգտոնը կհանի Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով Life.ru-ն, դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ պատժամիջոցների առումով փոփոխությունները կախված են նրանից, թե ինչպես են աշխատելու հարցերի շուրջ, որոնք հանգեցրել են այդ պատժամիջոցների կիրառմանը:
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք պետք է նայենք պատմությանը և հասկանանք, ինչի համար են մեր հարաբերությունները այս մակարդակի հասել: Շատ պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանվել ոչ միայն ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից, այլ նաև Եվրամիության` կապված Ուկրաինայի իրավիճակի հետ»,- ասել է Հենթսմանը:
Նա հավելել է, որ Ուկրաինայում իրավիճակի կարգավորումը լուրջ ջանքեր է պահանջում, սակայն Ռուսաստանը և ԱՄՆ-ն պետք է շարունակեն բանակցությունները և առաջին հերթին կենտրոնանան հարցերի վրա, որոնք հանգեցրել են պատժամիջոցներին: «Գլխավոր խնդիրը Դոնբասում բռնությունները դադարեցնելն է: Ինչո՞ւ է ԱՄՆ-ն խառնվել այս հարցին, որովհետև դրանք միջազգային իրավունքի և տարածքային ամբողջականության հարցեր են: Դրանք շատ կարևոր են ոչ միայն ԱՄՆ-ի, այլ ողջ միջազգային հանրության համար»,- եզրափակել է ՌԴ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանը:
