Բոլորս գիտենք, որ ՀՀ տնտեսության ակտիվացման հիմնական խթաններից է համարվում շինարարության ծավալների մեծացումը, ուստի պետք է ձեռք առնել միջոցներ վերջինիս զարգացման ու պետական կառույցների հետ աշխատանքի դյուրացացման ուղղությամբ:

Այսօր կայացած գործադիրի նիստում անդրադարձ է կատարվել վերը նշված խնդրին և հավանության է արժանացել ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարելու միասին որոշման նախագիծը: Նախագիծը կառավարության նիստում ներկայացնող քաղաքաշինության նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանն ասել է, որ խոսքն վերաբերում է շինարարության ավարտական ակտի և շահագործման թույլվության տարանջատմանը: Նրա խոսքով շահագործման թույլվության գործընթացի ներմուծմամբ ավելի դյուրացվում է և կարգավորվում է Հայաստանի տարածքում բազմաթիվ անավարտ բազմաբնակարան և ստորաբաժանված շենքների նկատմամբ իրավունքների օրինական ձևակերպման և նրանց հետագա կառուցման ու ավարտման աշխատանքները:

Գործադիրի ղեկավարը իր հերթին հավելել է, որ բազմաթիվ տեղեկատվություններ է ստանում առ այն, որ այդ ավարտական ակտերը ստանալու համար ինչ-որ խնդիրներ են հարուցվում համապատասխան գերատեսչության ղեկավարների կամ աշխատակիցների կողմից: Եվ, որ այդ մասով պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել, որ նման որևէ հարց պիտի չառաջանա: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Դրա համար ևս մեկ անգամ բոլորի ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել, ասելով, որ շատ խիստ է լինելու, ինչպես նաև հիմա ուսումնասիրում են տեղեկատվությունների իսկությունը, և եթե իրոք իրականությանը համապատասխանեց, ապա նման մարդիկ կառավարության շարքերում տեղ չեն ունենալու:

Վերը նշվածը վկայում է այն մասին, որ շինարաների բողոքի ձայնը տեղ է հասել և գործադիրը մտադիր է լուծել բարձրացված խնդիրը:
