Ղրղզստանն ու Ղազախստանը ստորագրել են սահմանին իրավիճակի կարգավորման «ճանապարհային քարտեզը»

Ղրղզստանի ու Ղազախստանի կառավարությունները Աստանայում բանակցությունների ժամանակ ստորագրել են սահմանին իրավիճակի կարգավորման «ճանապարհային քարտեզը»: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, այս մասին հայտնում է Ղրղզստանի կառավարության մամուլի ծառայության ներկայացուցիչը:

Երկու հարևանների միջև հարաբերությունները վատացել էին 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, երբ Ղրղզստանի այն ժամանակվա նախագահ Ալմազբեկ Աթամբաևը մեղադրեց Ղազախստանին իրենց ներքին գործերին, մասնավորապես երկրի նախագահի ընտրության գործընթացին խառնվելու մեջ: Ղազախստանը Ղրղզստանի սահմանին անվտանգության խստացված միջոցներ էր ձեռնարկել, ինչի հետևանքով սահմանին ամենօրյա բեռների փոխադրումը կրճատվել էր գրեթե երեք անգամ:

Նոյեմբերի 30-ին Ղրղզստանի նոր նախագահ Սոորոնբայ Ժեենբեկովը Մինսկում ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում հանդիպել էր Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի հետ: Երկու երկրի ղեկավարները համաձայնության էին եկել սահմանին իրավիճակը կարգավորելու հարցում: Արդեն դեկտեմբերի 1-ին Ղրղզստանի փոխվարչապետի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մեկնել էր Ղազախստան՝ «ճանապարհային քարտեզ»-ի քննարկման նպատակով:

Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են, որ դեկտեմբերի 3-ից սկսած ղրղզա-ղազախական սահմանն աշխատելու է սովորական ռեժիմով:
