Տոլմայի պատրաստման ավանդույթը ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ոչ նյութական համաշխարհային ժառանգության ցանկում ներառելու Բաքվի հայտի կապակցությամբ հայկական կողմը ձեռնարկում է համապատասխան քայլեր, որոնք այս պահին նպատակահարմար չէ բացահայտել: Այս մասին Tert.am –ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ արտգործնախարարությունից:

Դեկտեմբերի 4-9-ը Կորեայի Հանրապետությունում կայանալու է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման հարցերով միջկառավարական կոմիտեի նստաշրջանը:

ԱԳՆ-ից մանրամասնում են,  որ 2013 թվականին ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Մարդկության ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության ներկայացուցչական ցանկում 7 երկրների (Կիպրոս, Խորվաթիա, Իսպանիա, Հունաստան, Իտալիա, Մարոկկո, Պորտուգալիա) կողմից ներկայացված և «Միջերկրածովյան սննդակարգ» (“Mediterranean diet”) խորագրի ներքո գրանցված հայտը ներառում է նաև տոլմայի պատրաստման ավանդույթները, սակայն ընդգծվում է,  որ Կազմակերպության կողմից տվյալ տարրը ցանկում ներառելու որոշումը չի ենթադրում սեփականության իրավունք: Տվյալ ցանկում գրանցվում են տարրի հետ կապված մշակութային դրսևորումները, ավանդույթները։

Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռևս 2016-ին հայտնի էր, որ Բաքուն փաստաթղթեր է նախապատրաստում տոլմայի պատրաստման ավանդույթը ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ոչ նյութական համաշխարհային ժառանգության ցանկում ներառելու համար, և  Ադրբեջանի մշակույթի և զբոսաշրջության նախարար Աբուլֆաս Գարաևը մեղադրել էր Հայաստանին «ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի տարածքները, այլև ադրբեջանական մշակույթն ու խոհանոցը յուրացնելու մեջ»: Նրա պնդմամբ՝ «տոլման պատկանում է ամբողջ թյուրքական աշխարհին»:

ԱԳՆ պատասխանում հակադարձվում է. «Ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության մասին» ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի 2003 թ. կոնվենցիայի իրականացման Գործառնական ուղեցույցը չի արգելում Կոնվենցիայի անդամ պետություններին Կազմակերպության պահանջներին համապատասխան հայտեր ներկայացնել:

Սակայն, ինչպես միշտ, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է խեղաթյուրել իրականությունը, աղճատել բազմադարյա հայկական ժառանգությունը, մշակույթը և պատմությունը: Այս երկրում սեփական պատմության վերաշարադրումը շարունակվում է այլոց մշակութային ժառանգության բռնի յուրացմամբ կամ ոչնչացմամբ, և նույնիսկ ավելին՝ հարևան ժողովուրդների մշակութային ժառանգության բռնազավթմամբ: Պետություն, որը դեռևս մեկ դար էլ չկա, ինչ հայտնվել է աշխարհի քաղաքական քարտեզի վրա, ոտնձգություններ է կատարում մի երկրի և ժողովրդի, այդ թվում՝ մշակույթի նկատմամբ, որի մի քանի հազարամյակների պատմությունը գրանցված է վաղնջական ժամանակներից»:

ԱԳՆ-ն նաև հիշեցնում է, որ Բաքուն նույնիսկ համարձակվում է պնդել, որ իրանական բանաստեղծ Նիզամի Գյանջավին ադրբեջանցի է, ինչի առթիվ 2013 թվականին ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գործերով Իրանի ազգային հանձնաժողովի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մոհամմադ Ռեզա Սայիդաբադին բողոքի նամակ էր ուղարկել ադրբեջանական կողմին:
