Սերժ Սարգսյանը մասնակցում է ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նոյեմբերի 30-ին աշխատանքային այցով ժամանել է Բելառուսի Հանրապետություն՝ մասնակցելու Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանին, որն անցկացվում է նախ նեղ կազմով, ապա պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ լիագումար նիստի ձևաչափով: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Մայրաքաղաք Մինսկում արդեն մեկնարկել է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների նեղ կազմով հանդիպումը, որին մասնակցում է նաև կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը: Նախագահները կքննարկեն ՀԱՊԿ հետագա զարգացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների ողջ համալիրը:
Կազմակերպության հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանի օրակարգում են նաև միջազգային իրավիճակի զարգացման միտումների, միջազգային անվտանգության արդիական խնդիրների վերաբերյալ քննարկումները, ՀԱՊԿ ռազմական բաղադրիչի հետագա զարգացմանը և կազմակերպության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված միջոցառումները, ինչպես նաև քարտուղարության և ՀԱՊԿ միասնական շտաբի կառուցվածքի, շտաբում զինծառայողների պաշտոնների քվոտայով բաշխման, 2018թ. ՀԱՊԿ բյուջեի ընդունման վերաբերյալ հարցերը:
Նստաշրջանի ընթացքում նախատեսվում է ընդունել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի 25-ամյակի և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության 15-ամյակի կապակցությամբ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների հռչակագիրը, ինչպես նաև ստորագրել տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցությանն ու անօրինական միգրացիային հակազդելու միջոցների կատարելագործմանն առնչվող համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր: Նախագահների քննարկմանն ու հաստատմանը կներկայացվի նաև «Մինչև 2025թ. ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության ռազմավարության իրականացման ծրագրի մասին» որոշման նախագիծը:
ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նախագահությունը ստանձնող երկրի` Ղազախստանի նախագահը խորհրդի անդամներին կներկայացնի կազմակերպությունում իր երկրի նախագահության ժամանակահատվածում առաջնայնությունները:
Նախագահները կլսեն նաև ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի ամենամյա զեկույցը 2016-2017թթ. կազմակերպության գործունեության և ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նախորդ նիստի որոշումների իրականացման մասին:
