Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանդիպել է Համաշխարհային բանկի երևանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Սիլվի Բոսութղոյի հետ: Հանդիպման շրջանակում կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել Միջերկրածովյան ինտեգրման ցանցի աշխատանքներին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հնարավոր մասնակցության և համագործակցության վերաբերյալ: Հարկ է նշել, որ Միջերկրածովյան ինտեգրման կենտրոնի նպատակը ստեղծված ցանցի միջոցով Սիրիայի փախստականների ընդունման և աջակցության գծով ձեռք բերված փորձը և գիտելիքները փոխանակելն է:
Ողջունելով հյուրին` քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նախ համառոտ ներկայացրել է այն ծրագրերն ու սոցիալական նշանակության նախաձեռնությունները, որոնք իրականացվել և իրականացվում են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից՝ մայրաքաղաքում բնակվող սիրիահայ ընտանիքներին աջակցելու նպատակով:
«Առաջին իսկ օրվանից Երևանը սիրով է ընդունել հազարավոր այն սիրիահայերին, որոնք որոշել են բնակություն հաստատել մայրաքաղաքում: Սիրիահայ ընտանիքների խնդիրների կարգավորումը եղել և շարունակելու է մնալ մեր մշտական ուշադրության կենտրոնում և տարեկան ծրագրով նրանց ցուցաբերվող սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերը ևս կրելու են շարունակական բնույթ: Մենք մշտապես բաց և պատրաստակամ ենք` քննարկելու համագործակցության և համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավորությունը՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ ծրագրերն ուղղված են մեր բնակիչների բարօրությանը»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար` Համաշխարհային բանկի երևանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Սիլվի Բոսութղոն առանձնակի կարևորել է սիրիահայերի աջակցության հարցում Երևանի քաղաքապետի հետևողականությունն ու մոտեցումները՝ նկատելով, որ այն իսկապես անհրաժեշտ է ու կարևոր:
«Պարոն քաղաքապետ, Միջերկրածովյան ինտեգրման ցանցը համախմբում է Եվրոպայում, Մերձավոր Արևելքում և Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայում փախստականներին ընդունող տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների աշխատակազմը և պաշտոնատար անձանց: Այն միտված է փախստականներ ընդունող քաղաքապետարանների փորձի փոխանակման և փորձառության համար բարենպաստ պայմանների ստեղծմանը՝ ապահովելով հյուընկալող համայնքների և փախստականների փոխադարձ բարեկեցությունը: Հաշվի առնելով այս հարցում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հետևողականությունը՝ համոզված եմ, որ փորձի փոխանակման տեսանկյունից Երևանն իսկապես ասելիք ունի, և մենք անչափ կարևորում ենք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մասնակցությունը ցանցի աշխատանքներին»,- նշել է Սիլվի Բոսութղոն:
Հանդիպման շրջանակում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ, որն էլ կքննարկի ու կնախանշի Միջերկրածովյան ինտեգրման ցանցի աշխատանքներին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մասնակցության հետ կապված անհրաժեշտ հարցերն ու քայլերը:
