«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.

«Ազգային Ժողովի «Հանրապետական» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության նախկին պետ Միհրան Պողոսյանը նոր հորիզոններ է նվաճում: «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ երկու ամիս առաջ Պողոսյանի հիմնադրած «Քեթրին գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ն ձեռք է բերել «Մ.Մ.Մ» անունը կրող եվրոպական արտադրության պատուհաններ եւ դռներ արտադրող ընկերությունը:

Նույն աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, «Քեթրին գրուպ»-ն այդքան էլ ազնիվ չի գտնվել եւ «Մ.Մ.Մ»-ի արդեն նախկին սեփականատերերին կոշտ ձեւով զրկել է ընկերության հետագա տնօրինման եւ կառավարման մասնակցելու գործառույթից: Բանն այն է, որ «Մ.Մ.Մ»-ը ունեցել է գրավադրած գույք, իսկ ընկերությունը վաճառելուց հետո պայմանավորվածություն է եղել, որ նախկին սեփականատերերը որոշակի մասնակցություն են ունենալու ընկերության հետագա կառավարմանը, սակայն գործարքից հետո նրանք ձեռնունայն հեռացել են «Մ.Մ.Մ»-ից:

Տեղեկությունները փորձեցինք ստուգել «Մ.Մ.Մ» ընկերություն զանգահարելով, սակայն տնօրենի օգնականը հայտնեց, որ մեր հարցերին իրավասու է տնօրենը պատասխանել, սակայն նա տեղում չէ: Օգնականը մեզ հայտնեց միայն, որ «ՄՄՄ»-ի տնօրենն այժմ Մելիք Գասպարյանն է: 

Ընկերության պաշտոնական կայքում դեռ պահպանված է նախկին տնօրենի մասին տեղեկությունը.«Մ.Մ.Մ.» ընկերությունը, ի դեմս տնօրեն Մերուժան Միրիջանյանի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ծավալել է իր գործունեությունը դեռևս 1997 թվականից և արդեն հասցրել է գործունեության իր ոլորտում գրավել առաջատարի դիրք»: 

Ի դեպ, մինչ այս գործարքը «Մ.Մ.Մ» ընկերությունը հսկայական պարտքեր էր կուտակել՝ աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը չվճարելով: Դեռ պարզ չէ, թե արդյո՞ք «Քեթրին գրուպ»-ը նախկին սեփականատիրոջ պարտքերը գնել է, թե՞ ոչ: «Քեթրին գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ից մեր զանգերին չպատասխանեցին»:
