Գերմանիայում 96-ամյա հաշվապահը դատապարտվել է 4 տարվա ազատազրկման

Գերմանիայի դատարանը չորս տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման է դատապարտել 96-ամյա Օսկար Գրենինգին, որը հայտնի է որպես «Հաշվապահ Աուշվիցից»: Այս մասին հայտնում է Spiegel-ը:
Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ՝ Գերմանիայի Ստորին Սաքսոնիա երկրամասի Ցելլե քաղաքի դատարանում որոշումը բացատրվել է այսպես. «Փորձագետների կարծիքի հիման վրա Գերագույն տարածաշրջանային դատարանը որոշել է, որ դատապարտյալը, չնայած պատկառելի տարիքին, պետք է բանտարկվի չորս տարի ժամկետով: Բանտարկումը չի խախտի Գրենինգի իրավունքները. համակենտրոնացման ճամբարի նախկին հաշվապահին և ՍՍ-ի սպային կտրամադրվի անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնությունը», - ասվել է դատարանում:
Հայտնի է, որ Օսկար Գրենինգը դատապարտվել է 2015 թվականի հուլիսին. այն ժամանակ նա ճանաչվել է 300 հազար մարդու սպանության հանցակից և դատապարտվել չորս տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման: Սակայն նա երկու տարի ապրել է տանը, և մինչև վերջին պահն անհայտ է եղել՝ արդյոք նա կբանտարկվի:
2017 թվականի օգոստոսին Հանովերի գլխավոր դատախազը մերժել է Գրենինգի՝ հետաձգման խնդրանքով հայցը և հայտնել, որ հանցագործը «պետք է բանտարկվի»:
Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ Գրենինգն աշխատել է որպես հաշվապահ Լեհաստանում տեղակայված Աուշվից համակենտրոնացման ճամբարում: Նա հաշվել է բանտարկյալների փողերը, որոնք հետո ուղարկել է Բեռլինում տեղակայված համակարգող մարմիններին:
Գրենինգը երբեք չի հերքել իր աշխատանքը համակենտրոնացման ճամբարում և ընդունել է, որ ինքը ներգրավված է եղել մարդկանց ոչնչացնելու գործում: Նրա վկայությունները կարևոր են համարվում պատմական տեսանկյունից, քանի որ հաստատում են նացիստական ռեժիմի հանցագործությունները:
