ԱԺ-ն շարունակում է քննարկել նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկելու օրենքի նախագիծը

Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է խորհրդարանական քառօրյայի հերթական նիստը. գրանցվել է 108 պատգամավոր: Հոկտեմբերի 29-ի նիստում քվեարկություններ չեն սպասվում: Հոկտեմբերի 28-ին պատգամավորները քննարկել են մեկ հարց՝ ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքում և «Նույնականացման քարտերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատար ելու մասին օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը, որի քննարկումը մնացել է անավարտ: Առաջարկվող փոփոխություններով նախատեսվում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին քվեարկությանը մասնակցելու հնարավորություն տալ նաև նույնականացման քարտերով: Որպես հիմնավորում նշվում է այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանի 180 հազարից ավելի քաղաքացիներ ունեն միայն նույնականացման քարտեր և փոփոխությունները չանելու դեպքում նրանք կզրկվեն սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեին մասնակցելու հնարավորությունից: Հարցի քննարկումը հոկտեմբերի 28-ի նիստում ընդհատվել է մտքերի փոխանակության փուլու մ:
Հոկտեմբերի 28-ի նիստում ժամը 16:30-18:00-ն ՀՀ ԱԺ կանոնակարգ-օրենքի համաձայն կառավարության անդամները պատասխանել են պատգամավորների հարցերին: Խորհրդարանական հերթական քառօրյայի վերջին օրը պատգամավորները կշարունակեն քննարկել ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքում և «Նույնականացման քարտերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենսդրական փաթեթը:
