«Տաթև» ազգային պարկի ստեղծման նախագիծը ներկայացվել է բնապահպանության նախարարություն

Վայրի բնության հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի ղեկավար Կարեն Մանվելյանը վերջին 15 տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանում բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների ստեղծման, ինչպես նաև դրանց կարողությունների առումով լուրջ առաջընթաց է նկատում: Ազգային ժողովում «ՀՀ բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների առկա վիճակը, հիմնախնդիրները և լուծման ուղղությունները» թեմայով խորհրդարանական լսումների ընթացքում Կարեն Մանվելյանը նշեց, որ Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների առումով Հայաստանում բավականին վատ վիճակ էր` արձանագրելով վերջին տարիներին այդ ուղղությամբ առաջընթացը:

«Խոսրովի արգելոցում չկային ոչ ավտոմեքենաներ, ոչ պահպանության պատշաճ ծառայություն: Վայրի բնության հիմնադրամը սկսեց այնտեղ պահպանության ծառայությունը հզորացնելուց, տրամադրվել են մեքենաներ, վերանորոգվել որոշ պահակակետեր: Դրանից հետո մենք իրականացրեցինք արգելոց լիմիտավորված այցեր կազմակերպելու քայլեր` ձևավորելով այցելուների կենտրոնը: Դրանով մենք կարողացանք Խոսրովի, ինչպես նաև Շիկահողի արգելոցի համար այլընտրանքային եկամուտներ ապահովել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ընդգծեց Մանվելյանը:

Նա հայտնեց, որ իրենք ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության հետ սերտ համագործակցության արդյունքում ստեղծել են «Արևիկ» ազգային պարկը, «Զանգեզուր» արգելավայրը, «Խուստուփ» արգելավայրը: «Այս պահպանվող տարածքները ստեղծվեցին կառավարության որոշումներով: Նաև 2009թ. Կովկասում առաջին անգամ ստեղծվեց անդրսահմանային պահպանվող տարածքը, որը իրականացվում էր Գերմանիայի կառավարության ֆինանսավորմամբ և Հայաստանի կառավարության համաֆինանսավորմամբ: Խոսքը «Արփի լիճ» ազգային պարկի մասին է, որը անդրսահմանային է Վրաստանի «Ջավախեթի» ազգային պարկի հետ»,- ընդգծեց Մանվելյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ պլանավորված է ևս երկու բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքի ձևավորում Ջերմուկում և Տաթևում: ««Տաթև» ազգային պարկի նախագիծը մենք ամբողջությամբ ավարտել ենք և ներկայացրել ենք բնապահպանության նախարարությանը: Որքանով տեղյակ եմ` արդեն սկսվել են աշխատանքները «Ջերմուկ» ազգային պարկի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ»,- մանրամասնեց Կարեն Մանվելյանը:
