Կարապետյանն ընդդեմ Եվրոպայի

Խոսակցությունն են տարածվում, որ Գազպրոմում Կարապետյանի հորդորի համաձայն որոշել են գազանջատումներ իրականացնել, եթե մինչև ամեն ամսվա 25-ը կոմունալ վճարում չի արվել: Սրա հետևում, ինչպես ներդրումների դեպքում, ընկած է նույն մեթոդաբանությունը ՝ ստեղծել Հայաստանում սոցիալական դժգոհության էֆեկտ, շատ լավ հասկանալով, որ պատասխանատվությունը թե գնաճի, թե նման կոշտ քաղաքականության համար ընկնելու է իշխանության, մասնավորապես Սերժ Սարգսյանի վրա:
Մանավանդ հիմա, երբ ԵՄ հետ համաձայնագրի կնքումը Հայաստանում որոշակի հույսեր է արթնացրել, ցանկացած կոշտություն պետական սեկտորի կողմից, սոցիալական իրավիճակի ցանկացած վատթարացում ընկալվելու է հենց նույն ԵՄ կոնտեքստում՝ հակառակ էֆեկտով, երբ հույսը վերածվելու է հիասթափության:
Կարապետյանը, բնականաբար իր քաղաքական հովանավորյալների հետ չի մարսում ԵՄ համաձայնագրի կնքումը: Նրանք խնդիր ունեն ոչ թե համաձայնագրի, այլ դրա կնքմանը հասած Սարգսյանի, ավելի շուտ Սարգսյանի կողմից համաձայնագրի կնքումը հաջողացնելու դեմ: Եվ այս իրավիճակում նրանց այլ ելք չի մնում, քան սրել սոցիալ-տնտեսկան վիճակը ՝ հասկանալով, որ հասարակությանը չեն հուզում ներիշխանական բախումները ու ցանկացած վատթարացում ակամայից թիրախավորելու է Սերժ Սարգսյանին:
