POLITICSՔաղաքագետ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանի խոսքով՝ ՀՀ-ԵՄ շրջանակային համաձայնագրում կան ծրագրեր, որոնք կբարելավեն սոցիալական վիճակը Հայաստանում։
Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, այս մասին նա հայտնեց այսօրվա ասուլիսում: Գրիգորյանը կարևորեց նաև այն, որ համաձայնագրում կան դրույթներ, որոնք կօգնեն Հայաստանին պայքարել կոռուպցիայի դեմ։
«Պայմանագիրը շանս է տալիս, որ մենք զարգանանք: Կան դրույթներ՝ կապված այլընտրանքային էներգետիկայի հետ, կապված նրա հետ, որ Հայաստանը պետք է մտնի ընդհանուր եվրոպական տարածք, դա կարող է բերել ավիատոմսերի ավելի մատչելիությանը»,- շեշտեց նա:
Քաղաքագետն ընդգծում է՝ համաձայնագիրը չի հակասի կամ չի հարվածի այլ խաղացողների շահերին Հայաստանում: Հարցին՝ արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման առումով ի՞նչ է տալիս համաձայնագիրը, բանախոսը պատասանեց. «Այնտեղ հստակ գրված է, որ կոնֆլիկտները պետք է լուծվեն խաղաղ ճանապարհով։ Երբ Արցախի հարցին են անդրադառնում, խոսվում է Մինսկի խմբի ձևաչափի մասին:
Դա շատ դրական է։ ԵՄ-ն չի լուծում Արցախի հարցը, այդ հարցը լուծվում է ՄԽ շրջանակներում, պայմանագրում հստակ դա նշված է։ Մյուս տարի Ադրբեջանը պլանավորում է ստորագրել նմանատիպ պայմանագիր ԵՄ-ի հետ, և պարզ է, որ այնտեղ ձևակերպումն այլ չի կարող լինել։ Այստեղ մենք առաջ ընկանք Ադրբեջանից»։
