ՀՀ վարչապետի մոտ քննարկվել է ջրային համակարգում բարեփոխումների ընթացքը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի մոտ նոյեմբերի 28-ին տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է ջրային համակարգում բարեփոխումների ընթացքը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, զեկուցվել է, որ համակարգում գործող ԾԻԳ-երի և ՋՕԸ-երի օպտիմալացման արդյունքում արդեն իսկ տնտեսվել է գրեթե 800 մլն դրամ: Համապատասխան քայլեր են նախատեսվում պոմպակայանների հետ կապված խնդիրների կարգավորման, ֆինանսական կարգապահության բարձրացման, մատուցվող ծառայությունների բարելավման և այլ ուղղություններով: Նշվել է, որ ներկայումս քննարկման փուլում է գտնվում ջրային համակարգի բարեփոխումների համալիր նոր փաթեթը, որն առաջիկայում կներկայացվի կառավարության աշխատակազմ:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել ՀՀ տարածքում մաքրման կայանների ներկա վիճակին և դրանց բարելավման ուղղությամբ առաջարկություններին, ոռոգման համակարգերը մասնավոր կառավարման փոխանցելու նպատակով կատարվող նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին: Ներկայացվել են նաև «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲԸ սպասարկման տարածքից դուրս մնացած 560 բնակավայրերի հետագա կառավարման հանձնելու նպատակով կատարված աշխատանքները:
Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ ջրային համակարգում բոլոր ծրագրերն անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել՝ հաշվի առնելով և լիարժեք հասկանալով դրանց ազդեցությունն ու արդյունքը: «Պետք է իրականացնել կոշտ քաղաքականություն՝ ոլորտում իրավիճակը շարունակական բարելավելու համար»,- ընդգծել է կառավարության ղեկավարը:
