Երեւանի մանկապարտեզներում վարձավճարն ավելացնելու հարց չի քննարկվել. իսկ բացառվո՞ւմ է

Արդյո՞ք Երեւանի մանկապարտեզներում նախատեսվում է վարձավճարի բարձրացում այն երեխաների դեպքում, որոնք չունեն մայրաքաղաքի հաշվառում:
Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանին ուղղված մեր հարցմանն արձագանքելով՝ աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության վարչությունից պատասխանել են. «Վերոնշյալ վճարի ավելացման վերաբերյալ քննարկում չի իրականացվել»: Այսինքն՝ ոչ թե ասում են, որ նման բան չի նախատեսվում կամ ուղղակի վարձավճարի ավելացում չի լինի, այլ նշվում է, որ այդ թեմայով քննարկում չի եղել:
Ինչպես հայտնի է, Երեւանում գործող համայնքային մանկապարտեզներն անվճար են, բայց միայն տեղի հաշվառում ունեցողների համար: 2011 թվականից սկսած՝ Երեւան քաղաքի հաշվառում չունեցող ծնողների (ծնողի) երեխաների համար Երեւանի ենթակայության մանկապարտեզներում նախադպրոցական կրթության վճարի չափը կազմում է ամսական 8 000 դրամ:
2017-2018 ուստարվա նոյեմբերի դրությամբ, ըստ նույն աղբյուրի տվյալների, քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության մանկապարտեզներ է հաճախում Երեւանում հաշվառում չունեցող շուրջ 650 ծնողի երեխա՝ տարբեր տարիքային խմբերում:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ Երեւանի երաժշտական դպրոցներում նախատեսվում է կրթության վարձավճարի չափն ավելացնել 2018 թվականի հունվարից: Միաժամանակ այս թեմայի վերաբերյալ մեր ուղարկած հարցմանը քաղաքապետարանից դեռ չեն պատասխանել ու նաեւ չեն պարզաբանել, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված Երեւանի եւ մարզի հաշվառում ունեցող կրթօջախների սաների նկատմամբ տարբերակված մոտեցումը:
