Իրանը ՝ ՀՀ-Եվրոպա հարաբերությունների շահառու
ANALYSISԱյսօր Երևան է գալիս Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մուհամադ Զարիֆը: Իրանի հետ Հայաստանի ակտիվ հարաբերությունները թե ամենաբարձր քաղաքական մակարդակում, թե փորձագիտական և ժողովրդական դիվանագիտության մակարդակում, նոր ճակատ են բացել Հայաստանի համար: Ակնհայտ է, որ Իրանի հետ լավ հարաբերությունները պարզապես արձանագրումից վեր են ածվել ակտիվ փոխգործակցության, ցավոք առայժմ միայն դեկլարատիվ մակարդակում: Բանը ՝ ռեալ գործերին չի հասել: Բայց ոչ պակաս են նաև աշխարհաքաղաքական և տարածաշրջանային վերադասավորումներում ՀՀ-Իրան փոխանցումներով կոմբինացիաները:
ԵՄ հետ ասոցացման պայմանագրի կնքումը նոր իրավիճակ է ստեղծել Հայաստանում: Թերևս հենց դրա համար էլ կնքումից անմիջապես հետո Հայաստան է ժամանում Իրանի արտգործնախարարը: Ակտիվ փոխգործակցությունը նշանակում է նաև հասկանալ թիմակցի կամ դաշնակցի իրական դիրքավորումն ու փոփոխվող իրավիճակները:
Իրանի համար, այս առումով Հայաստանը նույնքան կարևոր է, որքան Իրանը ՝Հայաստանի: Երկու կողմերն էլ բնականաբար ունեն ռեալ պոլիտիկի դաշտում գտնվող կոնկրետ շահեր: ԵՄ հետ Հայաստանի ընդլայնմամբ Իրանը վստահ է, որ կկարողանա նոր հորիզոններ բացել Արևմուտքում, հաշվի առնելով այն փորձը, որ Հայաստանը դրսևորել է տարիներ շարունակ երբ ԱՄՆ-Իրան հարաբերությունները սրված էին, բայց Հայաստանը կարողանում էր մանևրել դրանց արանքում:
