Այս նյութը ոստիկանությունն անմիջապես կհերքի, դեռ «Փաստ» օրաթերթին «վերևից» դասեր էլ կտա: Բայց մենք ընդամենը ուզում ենք, որ մանրամասն և բազմակողմանիորեն ուսումնասիրվի չորս երիտասարդների դանակահարման միջադեպը:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ոստիկանությունը այսպիսի հաղորդագրություն է տարածել. «Նոյեմբերի 26–ին, ժամը 2:30–ին հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ «կրծքավանդակի կտրած–ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության են դիմել 1993 թ. ծնված Ն. Պ.–ն, «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած–ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ` 1993 թ. ծնված Հ. Ս.–ն, «ձախ գոտկային շրջանի կտրած–ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ` 1992 թ. ծնված Հ. Մ.–ն և «կրծքավանդակի կտրած–ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ` 1993 թ. ծնված Ա. Ա.–ն:

Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության և Շենգավիթի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ–հետախուզական ու բացատրական աշխատանքների շնորհիվ նույն օրը, ժամը 17:30–ին բաժին է ներկայացել 1995 թ. ծնված Վիգեն Ա.–ն և տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունք, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 2:30–ին իրենց շենքի բակում վիճաբանության ժամանակ ինքն է դանակով մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցրել նշված անձանց:

Վիգեն Ա.–ն ձերբակալված է: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Տուժած ճանաչված չորս անձանց թվում կան նաև ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ»:

«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով՝ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Կինոհայրենիքի հարևանությամբ գտնվող մի շենքում, որտեղ ապրում է նաև ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Բնակիչների պատմելով, մի խումբ ոստիկաններ մինչև գիշերվա ժամը երկուսը մի լավ քեֆ են արել շենքի վերևի հարկերից մեկում: Ապա մեծ աղմուկով, հասարակական կարգը խանգարելով, խումբ–խումբ իջել են աստիճաններով:

Երկրորդ հարկի հարևան 22–ամյա Վիգեն Ա.–ն, իբր, դիտողություն է արել աղմուկով իջնող չորս երիտասարդներին: Վեճ է սկսվել: Արդեն առաջին հարկում սկսվել է ծեծկռտուքը: Մեկը՝ չորսի դեմ: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ չորսից երեքը ոստիկաններ են եղել: Բայց հետաքրքիր է ծեծկռտուքի հետևանքը: Չորսը՝ մեկի դեմ... ու բոլոր չորսն էլ՝ դանակահարված: Մի քիչ տարօրինակ է, չէ՞: Ինչո՞ւ չի նշվում, որ ոստիկանները գինովցած էին:
