Շիրակի մարզպետն աշխատանքային այցեր է կատարում համայնքներ

Շիրակի մարզի գյուղական համայնքների խնդիրներին տեղում ծանոթանալու նպատակով Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանն աշխատանքային այցեր է իրականացնում համայնքներ: Նոյեմբերի 27-ին Շիրակի մարզպետն այցելել է մարզի Սարապատ համայնքի հեռավոր բնակավայրեր` Թորոսգյուղ, Լեռնագյուղ, Բաշգյուղ, Փոքր Սարիար, Կաքավասար:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, մեկ տարի առաջ 15 համայնքների միավորման արդյունքում ձևավորված Սարապատ համայնքը 3714 բնակիչ ունի, բնակչության թվաքանակով ամենամեծ բնակավայրը Ցողամարգն է` 590 բնակչով, ամենափոքրը` Լեռնագյուղը, որտեղ երեք ընտանիք է ապրում: Սկզբում Թորոսգյուղում, այնուհետև՝ Լեռնագյուղում բնակիչների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը հետաքրքրվեց նրանց մտահոգող խնդիրներով: Համայնքաբնակները նշեցին, որ ճանապարհների փակվելու խնդիր վերջին տարիներին չեն ունեցել, տեխնիկա ունեն, բաշխման հարցն էլ կարգավորել են:
«Արմենպրես»-ին Շիրակի մարզպետարանի տեղեկատվության ու հասարակության հետ կապերի բաժնից տեղեկացրին, որ բնակավայրերում հիմնականում անասնապահությամբ են զբաղվում: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Շիրակի մարզպետը նշեց, որ մարզի համայնքներ այցելությունները շարունակվում են, և դրանց հիմնական նպատակը անմիջական շփումներն են. «Այսօր մենք կլինենք Սարապատ համայնքի արևելյան մասի բնակավայրերում: Մարզի այս հատվածում ավանդաբար անասնապահությամբ են զբաղվել, հիմա էլ մեր խնդիրը գյուղատնտեսության այս ճյուղի զարգացումն է. ուզում ենք հասկանալ, թե ինչ է անհրաժեշտ անել, որ թե՛ խոշոր ֆերմերային տնտեսությունները, թե՛ անհատները ընդլայնեն իրենց տնտեսությունները:
Առաջիկայում մենք կխոսենք մի քանի ծրագրերի մասին՝ մեկն` Աշոցքում, մյուսը` Սարապատում, ծրագրեր կան նաև ոչխարաբուծության ու այծաբուծության հետ կապված: Չեմ ուզում առաջ անցնել. որոշ ժամանակ հետո հնարավոր կլինի առավել գործնական քայլերի մասին խոսել»: Արթուր Խաչատրյանն այցելեց նաև Բաշգյուղի, Կաքավասարի բուժկետեր, ծանոթացավ տիրող վիճակին, պայմաններին:
Մարզպետը եղավ նաև Կաքավասարի դպրոցում, որն ունի 43 աշակերտ: Դպրոց այցելում են հարակից Բաշգյուղ, Փոքր Սարիար բնակավայրերի դպրոցականները՝ նրանց տեղափոխման համար տրամադրված հատուկ ավտոբուսով: Մարզպետը շրջեց դպրոցում, դպրոցին կից նախակրթարանում: Դպրոցը կենտրոնացված ջեռուցման համակարգի անցկացման ու սպրոտդահլիճի վերանորոգման խնդիր ունի:
