Գարեգին Մկրտչյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

Կա մի անձնավորություն, որը բողոքի ակցիաների ժամանակ միշտ ակտիվանում է, սակայն ամեն անգամ նոր կարգավիճակով՝ մշտապես փոխելով իր գործունեության դաշտը։ Դա Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյան անունով մեկն է, որին ժամանակին տեսել էին Կառավարության դիմաց, տաքսիստների բողոքի ժամանակ։

Այն ժամանակ սույն անձնավորությունը հանդես էր գալիս որպես «Ավտովարորդների պաշտպանության լիգայի» ղեկավար։ Թե ինչով էր զբաղվում այդ լիգան, ոչ ոք չգիտի, բայց բոլորը գիտեն, որ որևէ օգուտ այդ «լիգան» տաքսիստներին չտվեց, և ընդհանրապես այդ «լիգան» այսօր ոչ ոք չէր հիշի, եթե դրա ինքնակոչ նախագահ Տիգրանը հիմա էլ հանդես չգար որպես «Հայաստանի ձեռներեցների կոնֆեդերացիայի» նախագահ։ 

Ժամանակին տաքսիստների իրավունքների համար պայքարող այս անձը հիմա էլ որոշել է կարծիք հայտնել «Առինջ մոլի» առևտրականների բողոքի վերաբերյալ, չնայած նրան որ, ոչ ոք երբևէ չի տեսել բողոքող առևտրականների կողքին։ Սակայն այս անգամ նա առիթը բաց չի թողել ու ստոր ստեր է խոսացել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անձի մասին։

Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը հիշեցնում է բնության մեջ հայտնի քամելեոն մողեսին, որը ամեն անգամ նոր իրավիճակում փոխում է գույնը։ Տաքսիստների բողոքի ժամանակ այս ծաղրածուն տաքսիսնետրի շահերի պաշտպան էր, հիմա էլ, չգիտես ինչու, որոշել է խառնվել «Առինջ մոլի» առևտրականների բողոքի թեմային, չնայած նրան այդ մասին ոչ ոք չի խնդրել։ Բայց սրան ոչ ոք չէր էլ նկատի, եթե մի երկու հերյուրանքներ չբստրեր․․․

Մենք իհարկե չենք էլ նշի, թե ինչեր է բարբաջել այս քամելեոնը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասին։ Չափից դուրս փոքր ֆիգուր է նա, որպեսզի նրա ասածները քննարկման առիթ դառնան կամ մեջբերվեն։ Նշենք միայն, որ «Առինջ մոլի» առևտրակականների բողոքը չափից դուրս մաքուր թեմա է, որպեսզի դրա վրա ինչ-որ քամելեոններ փորձեն դիվիդենտներ հավաքեն, և Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանի պլանավորածը իրականություն չի դառնալու։ 

Իսկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասին հնեչցրած բարբաջաքնները վնասելեու են միայն իրեն, քանի որ փաստում են, որ քամելեոն լինելը նրա տեսակն է, կենսակերպը, էությունը։ Ժամանակին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասին միշտ դրականորեն արտահայտված մեկը եթե այսօր ճիշտ հակառակն է խոսում նրա մասին, ուրեմն քամելեոնությունը անգամ նրա գեներում է նստած։ Սակայն հասարակությունը արդեն կայուն իմունիտետ ունի նմանատիպ քամելեոնների ստերի նկատմամբ և մարդու մասին դատում է ոչ թե ուրիշների խոսքերով, այլ արված գործերով, ինչպես ասում են, շները հաչում են, իսկ քարավանը շարունակումէ իր ճանապարհը։
