Հայաստանը և ԵՄ-ն տարակարծություն չունեն, որ Հայաստանում անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ էկոլոգիապես մաքուր, տնտեսապես շահավետ էներգետիկա:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց «Ինտեգրացիա և զարգացում» հետազոտության ու վերլուծության ՀԿնախագահ, Եվրասիական փորձագիտական ակումբի համակարգող ԱրամՍաֆարյանը:
«ԵՄ-Հայաստան համաձայնագրի մի շարք դրույթներ լրացուցիչ բացատրությունների կարիք ունեն: Հայկական ատոմակայանի հետ կապված դրույթներից բխում է այն, որ Հայաստանը և ԵՄ-ն տարակարծություն չունեն, որ մեզ մոտ անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ էկոլոգիապես մաքուր, տնտեսապես շահավետ էներգետիկա»,- ասաց Սաֆարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ դրա ստացումն ընդունելի լինի նաև գործընկերների համար:
Սաֆարյանը հիշեցրեց՝ դեռ 2008-ին ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հնչեցրած ուղերձում ասվել էր , որ նախատեսվում է նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցում, Իրան-Հայաստան երկաթուղու շինարարություն: «Սրանք ներկայում ավելի քան ակտուալ են: Եվ մոտակա տասնամյակում պետք է գործընկերներ փնտրենք, որոնք կհամաձայնեն մեզ հետ նոր որակի ատոմակայան կառուցել»,-նշեց նա:
Հայաստանի էներգետիկան ներկայում ներդաշնակ է՝ դրա մեկ երրորդը ստեղծվում է ատոմային էներգետիկայի, նույն քանակով ջերմային էներգետիկայի և հիդորէլեկտրաէներգետիկայի շնորհիվ: Սա մեծացնում է միջազգային հետաքրքրությունը հայկական էներգետիկայի նկատմամբ: «Հակառակ մեր տնտեսության մյուս ճյուղերում ներդրումների քիչ քանակի, էներգետիկայի դաշտն ամենահեռանկարայինն է, որում սպասվող ներդրումների ծավալը ամենամեծն է: Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հասարակական պատվերի պայմաններում շարունակելու են իրենց փնտրտուքը՝ նոր որակի ատոմակայան կառուցելու համար»,-ասաց Սաֆարյանը:
Բրյուսելում նոյեմբերի 24-ին ստորագրվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Եվրոպական միության միջեւ Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը: ԵՄ Արեւելյան գործընկերության գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում փաստաթուղթը ստորագրեցին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը եւ ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականության եւ անվտանգության հարցերով բարձր ներկայացուցիչ Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին:
