«Սև ուրբաթը» «սևացնում» է գրպանի պարունակությունը, իսկ ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն դարձյալ քնած է

Մեր կյանք ներխուժած «Սև ուրբաթ»-ները, թեև այլ «ավանույթների» նման Արևմուտքից ենք ժառանգել, բայց կրկին դարձել է օրակարգային հարց: Ու հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ եթե արտերկրում ապրանքների զեղչային ակցիաները հիմնականում իրական են, ապա Հայաստանում դրանք կրում են լոկ ձևական բնույթ:

Անցյալ ուրբաթ մայրաքաղաքի շատ բրենդային խանութներում և բոլոր մոլերում այս թեմայով հայտարարված զեղչային արշավը, Past.am-ի դիտարկումներով, կրում էր ձևական բնույթ, քանի որ իրական որևէ զեղչ էլ չկար:

Ինչպես նախկինում, այս անգամ նույնպես, սկզբում ուռճացվել էին ապրանքների գները ու հետո, այսպես ասած՝ «զեղչել»: Ամենազավեշտալին սակայն սա չէ, այլ՝ որ նման սուպերակցիաները մեր երկրում թեև գերշահույթ ստանալու լավ առիթ են տնտեսվարողների համար, սակայն այն մշտապես դուրս են մնում Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության  պետական հանձնաժողովի աչքից:

Եվ սա կարծես թե բնական երևույթ է դարձել: Ու քանի դեռ պետական այս կառույցը որևէ մեկնաբանություն չի տվել, թե ընդհանրապես օրվա հետ կապված գնային «փիլիսոփայությանը» վերաբերող որևէ դիտարկում առհասարակ կատարում են, թե՝ ոչ, բարձրացված  այս հարցը կմնա օրակարգային:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ՏՄՊՊՀ-ի կողմից սովորաբար հրապարակվող ժամկետանց դիտարկումներին ու ժամանակավրեպ գնահատականներին, արձանագրենք, որ նրանց աշխատանքի արդյունքում, մինչ օրս ո՛չ սպառողի գրպանի պարունակությունն է ավելացվել, ո՛չ էլ «սև ուրբաթի» անվան տակ սպառողներին հիմարացնելու երևույթն է վերացնել: Մնում է հասկանալ, թե իրականում ում համար է այդքան «աշխատում» այս կառուցը:
