«ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի մի շարք բնակիչներ նամակով դիմել են «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին և հայտնել իրենց դժգոհությունը՝ կապված Արարատի մարզպետ Ռուբիկ Աբրահամյանի գործելաոճի հետ։
Նամակում նշված է, որ Արարատի մարզի մի շարք բնակիչներ խիստ զայրացած են ու զարմացած մարզպետ Ռուբիկ Աբրահամյանի պահվածքից։ «Ինչպես կարելի է նման մարդու մարզպետ վստահել ու նշանակել, նա չունի ամենատարրական կուլտուրա։ Այդ մարդը չի կարողանում մարդկանց հետ աշխատել ու շփվել, մարդու մեջ միշտ վատն Է տեսնում։ Սա իր տեղը չէ։ Հարգարժան իշխանություններ Արարատի մարզում բավականին լուրջ ու խելացի մարդիկ կան, որոնք ունեն կրթություն ու աշխատանքային մեծ փորձ, ինչու են նման մարդիկ դուրս մնում»,– իրենց զայրույթը նամակում այսպես են արտահայտել մարզի բնակիչները։

 

Բնակիչները նամակում նշել են նաև, որ մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցները «զզվանքով են գալիս աշխատանքի». «Ամբողջ օրը միայն գոռում է՝ «կկտրեմ ականջները, լուսամուտից դուրս կշպրտեմ, գլուխները կջարդեմ, ատամները կփշրեմ», սա է իր առօրյա խոսակցությունը։ Մարզպետարան կառույցը հեղինակազրկվել է և ոչնչացել, մարդիկ հոգնել են և մեղադրում են կառավարությանը։ Հարգելի՛նախագահ և վարչապետ, ազատե՛ք մարզը այս թյուրիմացությունից»»,–գրում է թերթը։
