Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 24-ին, Ռուսաստանի դաշնության Սարատովի երկրամասի նահանգապետի հրավերով Սարատով քաղաքում գտնվող Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանն ընդունել է նահանգապետ Վալերի Ռադաևը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Հանդիպման մեկնարկում նահանգապետ Վ․ Ռադաևը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Կարեն Բոթոյանին հրավերն ընդունելու համար, հավելելով, որ դեռևս հոկտեմբեր ամսին Հայաստան կատարած այցի ընթացքում Կարեն Բոթոյանի հետ ստորագրված երկու մարզերի համագործակցության հուշագիրը լայն հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում երկու սուբյեկտների միջև փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն սկսելու համար։ Պատասխան խոսքում Կարեն Բոթոյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Սարատովի երկրամասի նահանգապետին ջերմ ընդունելության համար, հայտնելով նախանշված ոլորտներում ակտիվ փոխգործակցություն ծավալելու իր վճռականության մասին:

Քննարկումների առանցքում եղել են մասնավորապես մշակույթի, զբոսաշրջության, գյուղատնտեսության, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտներում համագործակցության հեռանկարները: Երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն է ցուցաբերվել երկկողմանի առաջարկներն ավելի մասնագիտական քննարկման ենթարկելու նպատակով ապագայում աշխատանքային խումբ ստեղծելու հարցում: Կողմերը կարևորել են երկկողմանի հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու գործում Սարատովի երկրամասի հայ համայնքի դերը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիս և Մարտունի քաղաքներն ի դեմս քաղաքապետեր Արամ Հարությունյանի և Արմեն Ավետիսյանի, համագործակցության հուշագրեր են ստորագրել Սարատովի երկրամասի համապատասխանաբար Կրասնի Կուտ և Վոլսկ քաղաքների իրենց գործընկերների հետ: Այցի ընթացքում նախատեսված են հանդիպումներ հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, Կարեն Բոթոյանը ներկա կգտնվի նաև համայնքի կողմից կազմակերպված «Միշտ հին ու նոր իմ Հայաստան» խորագիրը կրող համերգին, այն կազմակերպվում է երկրամասում հայկական մշակույթի օրերի շրջանակներում:
