«Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի առեղծվածը. ինչու պետն ազատման դիմում ներկայացրեց

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Կալանավայրերում չլսված, չտեսնված «խոշոր» չափի՝ 30 հազար դրամանոց «սպարտիվկայի» համար քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկվող «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ պետ Մանուկ Պողոսյանն աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում է գրել: Այս տեղեկությունը մեզ հետ զրույցում հաստատեց ՔԿՎ հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Գոռ Ղլեչյանը: Նա նշեց, որ Մանուկ Պողոսյանը հոկտեմբերի 26-ին աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում ներկայացրել է, սակայն դեռեւս ազատման մասին հրաման չկա, այժմ «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿ հիմնարկի պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարն է արդարադատության գնդապետ Վ. Եղիազարյանը: ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից եւս մեզ հայտնեցին, որ առայժմ ազատման հրաման չկա:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ հոկտեմբերի 19-ից ժամանակավոր դադարեցվել են ընդամենը 7 ամիս աշխատած «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ պետ Մանուկ Պողոսյանի լիազորությունները: Դա արվել է նախաքննական մարմնի միջնորդությամբ: Մեզ հաջողվեց պարզել, որ նրա վերաբերյալ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՔՕ-ի 311-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով՝ կաշառք ստանալը: Պողոսյանն առայժմ կասկածյալ է: Ուշագրավ է այս գործի հարուցման նախապատմությունը: Հարուցված գործի հիմքում կալանավորի հեռախոսային խոսակցության ձայնագրությունն է, որը թերեւս արվել է ապօրինի:
Մենք, անշուշտ, չենք զարմանում, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին ապօրինի գաղտնալսում են, առավել եւս՝ դատապարտյալներին։ Մեզ պատմեցին, որ կալանավորներից մեկը զանգել է իր եղբորը, ասել՝ մեր պետը կգա, էդ սպորտային համազգեստից մի հատ կտաս: Եղբայրն ասել է՝ 200 դոլարանոց «սպարտիվկեն» խի՞ տամ, դատապարտյալն էլ, թե՝ չէ, 30 հազար դրամանոցը տվեք: Պետը գնացել-վերցրել է սպորտային համազգեստը եւ տարել տուն: ՀՔԾ-ն նրա տնից «սպարտիվկան» է առգրավել, խանութից էլ՝ տեսաձայնագրությունը, որտեղ երեւում է, որ պետը գումար չի վճարել, ու այդպես գործ է հարուցվել: Հետագայում թե կալանավորը, թե խանութի աշխատողները հայտարարել են, որ նախնական պայմանավորվածությամբ գումարը վճարելու էր առաջիկայում։ Ի դեպ, այս լուրի հրապարակումից հետո օրեր շարունակ խնդրո գերատեսչություններում «արշալույսները խաղաղ» չեն, ասում են՝ վերին մակարդակով «հոգնաներ են արվել» մի շարք աշխատակիցների»:
